It was almost noon at pirates bay as Uma's crew was about to set sail off the barrier after they obtain the wand, with only 35 minutes to go Adrien preys that they'll come through when Harry came into view, "hey runt, still tinkering with that pendant of yours?" "Harry still stuck being 1st mate," he said in a very sarcastic tone, which stuck a nerve as he knows that he was immune to his threats as he was a bargaining tool again for the 2nd time in his life, "hey congratulations to your sister CJ by the way, I heard that she is sailing the 7 seas now alone and captain, I mean she's a good captain even better than you when stirring a ship" "one more word on your pretty little mouth fishy I'm sending you to the sharks" he threatens as he pointed his sword at him. "Harry leaves him, you'll have your fun later!" Uma screamed as she motioned toward him.
"You may have fooled the prince but you can't fool me, little beast, I know what you truly are, and I won't even hesitate to tell him myself so shut your trap, understood" he stiffen at Uma's words in shock as she figured it out his secret in a minute. He tried to cover up his shock but did not work as she smiled in contentment and motioned toward Ben as Harry was toying with him.
"Sorry Beau for dragging you into this" "hey it's my choice to follow you so don't blame yourself and don't worry they'll be here I know they will" with only 15 minutes left, Beau still couldn't see them, 'is this the end for us?' he thought crestfallen as he was losing hope fast, with all that is happening and was about to die anyway, he finds this the perfect chance to tell him "Ben I-I have to tell you something, it's very important" "ok I'm listening what is it?" Ben said unsure if this was the right time for telling something important to someone, "this is very hard to tell you and this is the reason why I was avoiding you... I-" he said but was stopped by Gil screaming that they were here. They were then untied from the pole and were roughly escorted to the plank where you can see spikes and the raging sea at the bottom.
After hanging on a plank with one of Uma's goons behind him and a test drive that involved Carlos's dog talking which was weird, they were brought to the bridge between the ship and land as they were about to trade off their items which means them, "hey Beau um dad told me your dead to him and hope's that he'll finish you just like the beast" Gil said rushingly as he was dragged, to which he did not care as he hated Gaston's guts anyway. After they were cut off from their binds they exchanged. Adrien who got Mal's plan all figured out pushed Ben out of the bridge as they did not want to be there right now when Uma realizes that it was a fake, "by the power of the sea, tear it down and set us free!" they heard and after a minute a scream that shouted, "GET THEM!" as he could probably guess that she already realized that the wand she has was fake.
The bay turned into an all-out brawl as Jay tossed them their swords and Carlos threw smoke bombs in their faces. As the sound of swords clamoring each other was heard and the fighting was rigid and fierce, and the union of Auradon kids and Isle kids fought against Uma and Harry's crew were both in a stalemate and not backing down a second. The battle was in its final climax as Jay ran towards the tunnel to start the car. Ben was now fighting Harry Hook.
"oh, how is your brother holding up aye?" "don't you dare bring him up!" he said as he ragefully attacked him to which Harry dodged, "wait don't tell me, ha! He hasn't told you yet?!" "what do you mean?!" he asked as he attacked him again to which he parried, "I know something you don't know~" Harry sang as he broke the parry and attacked, "is this about Adrien" "maybe maybe not" he grinned as he was now attacking while Ben was on the defensive, Ben contemplated as he guarded his attacks, which is that he knows something about his missing brother, "let me give you a hint your majesty," he said as he attacked once more, which confused him to which lowered his guard a bit, "he was right beside you all this time" having enough of this wanna be pirate's riddles he broke off from the defensive and cornered him into the wall, "I'm having enough of your petty games Hook! WHERE IS HE?!" "Ok ok I'll tell," he said chokingly as he was gasping for air.
"It's Beau... Beau LeGume, Gaston detonated the car he was in and gave him his fake name, it was him" Ben's eyes widen in realization in his words as the story links up with the records where they lost the car and how they couldn't find the culprit, it was Beau all this time, his brother was literally beside him all this time and he was so blind and busy to realize it, his feeling of protectiveness around him, the familiarity of his touch, and why he was there in his dreams. Yes now he was surely certain that it was him Beau is his brother, he let a single tear slip as the years of searching for him was over. "Well now you know I would say congratulations but your brother is in a bit of a pickle so Au revoir" Ben looked at what Harry was talking about and his eyes widen in realization as he saw Beau against 2 large men as they both overpowered his little brother.
"ADRIEN! NO!" he screamed and discarded the psychotic pirate off the bridge and dumped him into the water again as he jumped in to save his little brother as he is never losing him again. He slammed their weapons to the ground with his sword and looked at them with all of his beastly fury "DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH HIM AGAIN!" he growled and roared at them to which they ran like a bunch of scared babies. He grabbed his newly found brother and dragged him into the tunnel where Mal quickly dumped the bridge connecting the tunnel into the shallow waters as Carlos created a diversion by hitting the ground with his last smoke bomb.
After they made their way out of the tunnel Ben kneeled and hugged his brother in tears, "don't you dare scare me like that!" "Ben I'm fine, look I'm ok" Adrien told confusingly, "I know Adrien" "what?" Ben broke his hug and faced him with sure yet loving eyes, "I know your Adrien" this stun Adirne for a while until he realizes what he said and he began to panic, "B-Ben I-I can explain I-I was young and I didn't realize it and I-" "sh sh it's ok, it's ok I'm here big brother Ben is here" Ben tried to calm him down as he cried from all of his rambling as he hugged and rubbed his back but nothing could Adrien himself couldn't help it as he did not expect this reaction from his big brother and hugged him as can finally hug him again as his brother again, "I'm sorry I should've told you I-" "shh it ok you don't have to explain I'm here now and I'm never letting you go, ok so please don't cry for me please?" he sniffed as he faced him with a smile to which Ben helped drying his cheeks and hugged him again and walked back to the car as they drove into the streets and into the barrier, and lastly touching in Auradon again.
The car ride to Auradon was quiet and awkward as Ben and Mal talked things out or as everyone in the car dubbed it a lovers quarrel. As the car was parked Ben and Adrien walked together with Mal as Ben wanted to talk with his brother some more, but their walk was cut short by Jane as she reminded him that Cotilion was tonight; Mal broke with the group as she was dragged away by Evie and the rest of the VK's leaving only Jane, and himself with Ben.
After the arrangements on the stained glass picture were shown and approved by Ben, the two brothers walked the grounds in comforting silence as they were attached to the hip, "so what now? Should we tell mom and dad?" the fear came in again as Ben brought that up, his parents, what would they say? Would they be disappointed or will they be relieved? Multiple questions were now in his head but all of them were similar to one question in mind would they like me?
"Ben I-I'm scared" "why would you be scared" he inquired as he saw his brother as white as a sheet of paper which made him confused and scared for his answer, "what if they don't like me, Ben?" he asked sorrowfully, "Adrien, of course, they'll like you I mean you already did spend time with them separately and they told me they love you, even before I knew" "yes I know but I mean is that... what if they expected more from me? What if they wanted something different?... what if they wanted more?" Ben thought of his brother's words and thought long and hard as he did experience the expectations of what the people wanted from him, but he remembered what his parents use to say to him, so with a knowing sigh, he knelt down and with so much love and comfort, he said, "Adrien they are our parents, they will not expect less or more from you, they will love you exactly who you are so don't think so otherwise because they have waited so long to meet you again ok" this seemed to calm him as his worried frown turned to a loving smile again; so the brothers continued their walk and talked about various things but mostly about their parents and their lives at the Isle and the Palace. After they walked around the school grounds they broke off as Ben needed to do a final check on the cotillion decorations, and he needed to prepare and dress for the cotillion as well.
