Chapter 13: Train ride

Lucy sat down at the red seat of the train, looking out the window. I wonder how to Celestial Cave is, she wondered. She heard panting behind her. She turned around and there she saw Natsu.

"You idiot. You know I could have just closed your gate and summoned you back? You didn't have to run," Lucy explained.

A look of embarrassment crossed his face, "Oh," He flashed a goofy smile.

She pat the area next to her. "Come sit down, Natsu," Lucy suggested.

Natsu walked and sat down.
"I feel sick already," Natsu mumbled.

Lucy giggled. "I had Wendy teach me a Troia spell. Here," her hands were placed in front of Natsu and a bright blue light shine out.

"Hey! I don't feel sick anymore!" Natsu yelled out, "No more motion sickness! Woohoo!" He danced around, showing no signs of motion sickness.

When is he going to grow up?, Lucy asked herself.

"The train going to the borders of Fiore will now leave," the announcements called.

"And... the train has started!" Lucy yelled out.

Natsu fell from the sudden jerk of the train.

Lucy giggled. "Natsu, your so clumsy. Need help getting up?" She held out her hand for Natsu to grab onto. He took her hand and got up.

"Thank you, Lucy." Natsu said.

"You're welcome!" Lucy flashed a smile.

Is it me, or is Lucy acting more upbeat and happy, Natsu asked himself. Maybe she knows that this maybe her last journey.

"Open Gate of the Nicora! Plue!" Lucy yelled out. A little white explosion happened, and there was a little white being with an orange nose. Pun, Pun! The little Plue quivered.

(Btw Happy came along)

"How are you doing, Plue?" Happy asked. Pun, Pun!

As Happy started playing with Plue, Lucy heard Natsu's stomach growl.

"Ummm, excuse me? Can we get food please?" Lucy asked a waiter.

"Of course, Ma'am," the waiter bowed and left. He came back 1 minute later with a plate of Spicy Meat tacos. "That will be 400 jewel." Lucy handed him the money and he left.

When Lucy turned around, Natsu was already eating his tacos. He was literally inhaling his food. Lucy sweat dropped.

"So how much time till we get to the cave, Lucy?" Natsu asked.

"Umm... 3 hours," Lucy replied. "Just go to sleep, Happy, when we get there, wake us up," She closed her eyes and slept. An hour later, Natsu fell asleep. The train shook, and Lucy's head fell on Natsu's shoulder. He woke up and saw her head on his shoulder, and went back to sleeping.

"Rushi! Natsu! Wake up! We're here!" Happy yelled as Lucy's and Natsu's eyes opened.

This will determine my life or death, Lucy thought.

This will determine if I stay a Celestial Spirit or not, Natsu wondered.

"We're here," they said in unison.
