Chapter 40

I hear all the other guys come out of the dining room, "We should go home" Fede says still hugging me.

"Yeah" Maxi says, coming towards me and putting a hand on my shoulder, giving me a comforting smile.

We all start walking towards the door and go back to the hotel. One question comes to my mind.

"If your reason to live leaves you how do you live?"

LEONS POV

After the party I go to my moms office, "Mom you could have atleast told me about this" I say angry, she looks up smirking, "Why you would have told that low life girl not to come" she says looking back down to what she was doing again. I just storm out.

I can't think straight right now, I go outside in the garden to find Lara sitting on one of the benches. "What are you doing here" I ask coldly. "Oh Hi Leon." she says joyfully. She comes next to me. "Let's take a romantic walk in the garden" she says.

I look at her and roll my eyes. "Look I don't like you" so go away. I say trying to walk away from her but, she jumps on my back.

"Hey monkey get off" I scream as she struggles to stay attached to me. I finally get her off my back. "What the hell was that, you monkey" I practically scream at her.

"Well you were being mean so I punished you" she says in an arrogant tone.

Wow, this marriage is gonna be crazy if it happens...

VIOLETTAS POV

"Guys we should go back tomorrow there is no point in me staying here now" I say sadly looking down. "Yeah" Fede answers, "I already got the tickets" he says, "Good" I simply answer, "Well I'm tired I'm going to bed, goodnight" I say before collapsing on the bed and falling asleep silently crying.

"Ok well Violetta, would you like something to drink" Maxi asks, I look up at him. "Sure" I answer trying to smile. "Ok" he answers leaving, the others decide to go with him which leaves me alone, our flight is in 2 hours, I wonder if he's gonna come...

LEONS POV

I call in my secretary. "What may I do for you sir" he asks. "Find out what flight Violetta, is leaving on" I say he nods his head and walks out, I will just go and take one last peak at her...

My phone rings it's my mom. "Leon we have a meeting, please come right now" she says and hangs up, I walk out of my office and my secretary hands me a sticky note that reads "9am flight to Buenos Aires" i take it and put it in my pocket and walk to the meeting room.

The meeting takes longer then I expected and I'm afraid I won't make it in time to see Violetta one last time. "And that's our idea" the presenter finishes. I look up and smile, I get up. "Is it over yet" I ask everyone laughs and the presenter looks mad.

"Leon show some respect" my mom whispers nudging me to sit down. Instead I smile. "I guess that's a yes then" I say taking my coat and running out.

VIOLETTAS POV

It's been about 20 minutes and the guys haven't come back yet, I look at my watch nervous then look back up to see if I can get a glimpse of them coming. No nothing, I wonder where they went.

Suddenly, I see him, when he sees me he runs towards me smiling, he's about to talk but gets cut off by Fede coming and handing me a drink. His smile turns into a frown,

"What are you doing here" he asks as Fede turns around, "What gives you the right to ask me that" Fede asks, Leon punches him. "Leon" I scream. "Do you have something to say" I ask, he looks down, "I knew it was going to be like this" I say I grab my suitcase and walk away with Fede.

LEONS POV

This is it, this time I have really lost her. She'll never forgive me for what I did, I glance one last time at her. "I love you" I whisper while the tears start flowing down my cheeks...
