Chapter 50

VIOLETTAS POV

I see Lara take a deep breath.

"I don't" everyone gasps at her words, "Young lady you have no right to decide" her dad says standing up.

"I'm sorry dad, but we're too young to do this and Leon I'm sorry but it's obvious that you love someone else then me" she looks at me.

I feel so guilty, "I really did like you but it was one sided and I'd rather marry someone who marries me for me and not because my dad owns an important company" she finishes her sentence then runs out.

I stand at my spot unable to move, its my fault I should of just moved with my mom. I shouldn't have stayed here. I ruined everything.

Still I have to stay here now, I have to fix this. I finally gather enough strength to walk out the church and go find Lara.

At the church door I see Leon standing. As soon as I cross the door he grabs my hand. "hi Violetta" he says smiling.

How can he smile at a time like this?!

"What do you want Leon" I ask him, with an annoyed tone. "What do you mean, now we can be together" he says grabbing both my hands.

"No we can't, I still can't forgive you for what you said that day in Rome I still remember your words like it happened yesterday, but don't you see that now Lara put me in the middle of your relationship" I rip my hands out of his grip.

"And now we can never be together" I say walking away.

I just really don't want to get hurt again. I won't go to school for a while and get a decent job so I can move away soon.

{a few days later}

I have a bad feeling about this, she invited me to her office. I don't think this is a good idea.

I walk in her house and into the office trying to not be seen by him.

"Violetta" she says seeing me, "take a seat"she says pointing to a seat. I look at her a bit nervous. I sit down at the seat she pointed.

"I want you to move away from him" she says, I look at her, I knew I shouldn't have come this was a good idea.

"Or I'll kick your mom out of the hospital" she finishes.

I look at her astonished, I can't believe she would go this far. She can mess with me but never mess with my family.

"No way, I won't see your son ever again so don't ever touch my mom" I say walking out.
