'I do,"

Peter looked at her momentarily, he was grateful that she was giving him a chance, that she believed him. It gave him hope for them.

"I mean, the avengers have done crazier stuff so I guess it's not unbelievable," she explained, looking up towards the boy.

Peter nodded, "yeah well, we'll figure out a way to get you home," he told her.

Arya sat silent for a moment before breaking the silence, "Why are you helping me?," she asked, her curiosity taking over.

Peter was slightly taken aback by the question, of course, he knew why, he just couldn't tell her yet, "If I told you now you wouldn't believe me," he explained, running a hand through his brown locks.

Arya looked at him with furrowed brows, "you know those mysterious answers you keep giving aren't really helping your case here,"

Peter let out a soft sigh, "I'm sorry, you just have to trust me," he explained, "and besides, I'm your friendly neighborhood Spiderman, it's my job to help,"

"Hmm," she hummed, "I'll take it...for now at least,"

Peter let out a small smile before handing her the breakfast menu

...

The two finished breakfast and walked out of the restaurant, "So what exactly is your plan to get me home, do you have magic too?," she asked as the two walked along the street.

"Not a specific plan, but I do know some people who might be able to help me," he explained vaguely.

"Is that who we're going to see?,"

Peter nods, "yeah, at Oscorp"

"What's that?,"

"Oh, Uhm, I guess it's like stark industries as I've been told," he explains, looking down towards her.

Arya nods, moving a hair behind her ear as a chill went down her spine.

Peter watched as the girl next to him visibly shivered, goosebumps arises on her pale arms. Peter took off his hoodie and handed it to the girl, "Here," He said, grabbing her attention.

Arya looked at the boy, shaking her head, she couldn't understand why he was being so kind to her, "I can't take that, I'm already wearing your clothes, plus you'll be cold,"

Peter shook his head, a small smirk forming at the girl's familiar stubbornness, "Take it,"

"No," she retorted.

"Yes,"

"No,"

"Yes,"

"Fine," she huffed, grabbing the sweatshirt from the boy and slipping it over her head, the scenr of his cologne filling her nostrils. Of course, she did feel warmer and she appreciated it, not tht she'd tell him that.

"Seeeee?," he teased, "All better right?"

Arya rolled her eyes slightly, "yeah yeah whatever, thanks," she shot back, a small smile on her face.

"We're almost at oscorp," he told her as he pointed to the large building down the street from them.

Arya nodded and followed the boy to the building, Peter couldn't help but admire the girl who stood wearing his clothes.

...

When the couple finally arrived at Oscorp, Peter buzzed them in, holding the door for the girl to enter.

"You don't have to try so hard to be a gentleman I already said I trust you," Arya said jokingly as she pointed an accusing finger at the boy.

Peter just smiled at the girl, "Now what kind of friendly neighborhood Spiderman would I be if I didn't hold the door for a pretty lady,"

Arya blushed a deep red, "yeah whatever," she mumbled as she walked into the building, looking down to hide the blush that was so evidently sat upon her cheeks.

Peter led a proud smirk sit on his face as he entered behind her, "follow me,"

Peter led the girl up a few flights of stairs and an elevator before they arrived in an office corridor.

"The guys we're looking for should be around here," he told her, receiving a nod from the girl.

"Peter?," a voice asked, directing the attention of the two towards to men.

"Dr conners, Max, I was hoping you'd be able to help,"

...
