Chapter 3

PINAGLALARUAN ni Rion ang mga daliri habang pinapanood si Yves na kainin ang cucpake na gawa niya, he was actually planning to eat the bento cake pero pinigalan niya ito. Ang tagal niyang ginagawa 'yon! Wala man lang picture picture bago kain? Hindi pwede 'yon!

Her cousins were behind her. Ang mabigat na kamay ni Ryker ay nakaakbay sa kanya. She was nervous as hell.

"We already tasted your cakes, Rion. Loosen up!" Ryker whispered and playfully smacked her head.

Levi leaned over Yves, "masarap no? Kilala mo pa ba ang sarili mo?" He asked and Yves just looked at her lazily and nod.

What was that?!

He just nod!

Gustong mag freak out ni Rion. Hindi tango ang gusto niyang makita, she wanted words to hear! Paano kung may mali pala sa lasa dahil sa kaba niya kanina? Idagdag pa ang sama ng loob niya dahil hindi sumasagot ang boyfriend niya kanina?

"What's with the nod? You don't know how to give feedback?" Taas kilay na tanong ni Cai na nakaupo sa tabi ni Yves.

Rion's gulped and felt like she's sweating bullets. His eyes settled on hers and her heart automatically hammered inside her chest. Her stomach was like swirling and she doesn't like it! Sort of.

Huminga siya nang malalim at pumikit. Pagmulat nang mata niya, nagtama ang mga mata nilang dalawa, it feels magical and she feels like she's floating, Yves eyes were hypnotizing her. He was trying to captivate her and Rion knew he can't. No, he can.

Tumikhim siya para mawala lahat ng naiisip niya. "How was it?" She asked.

Ryker removed his hand from her shoulders. "I'm sure it's good. 'Wag mo nang hinatayin na magsalita 'yan. By the way, we still have something important to do. We'll leave you here, behave Rion. Don't give him a hard time. Baka maitapon ka talaga niyan sa labas." He smirked and glanced at Yves sharply glaring at her cousin.

"Yes, we forgot to remind you that his patience is wearing thin." Vexer chuckled.

Nyker winked at her stood up, hinila sa kwelyo si Levi. Rion sighed and looked at Yves. He was peacefully eating his cupcake, and what shocked her was that he was down to his fourth cupcake!

"Hindi pa naman kayo nakahanap ng pastry chef diba? Si Rion nalang." Ryker said without any emotion in his handsome face, nasasanay na siya rito.

Yves shake his head and licked his lower lip, habang ang icing na nasa gilid ng labi nito ay pinunasan gamit ang hinlalaki nito at isinubo 'yon. Licking sensually the icing on his thumb.

"Nah, she's going to prioritize her study. You're not going to work."

Nanlaki ang mga mata ni Rion sa sinabi nito. He just decided what she'll do without asking her! Na kahit ang step mother niya ay hindi magawa sa kanya! Rion immediately seek for his cousins help, pero nakaiwas ang tingin ng mga ito sa kanya maliban kay Ryker na nakangisi.

"But I have free time! Gusto ko magtrabaho!" Protesta agad niya.

Yves looked at her flatly. "Fine, you're going to work. Without any compensation." He answered.

"Hoy! Bawal 'yon!" She immediately shouted. Pointing her finger on him.

Rion was shocked when Nyker and Levi ran towards her, sabay pa nilang ibinaba ang daliri niyang nakaturo pa rin kay Yves. She saw how Yves face darkened, his eyes were deadly, napalunok siya at pinilit na tatagan ang sarili. Hindi naman nakakamatay ang masamang tingin!
