Chapter 8

MAAGA silang nagising ni Yves kinabukasan. She's still sleeping in his room and Yves in the guest room. Just like before, Yves prepared her breakfast first before leaving and for the first time since she lived in his house, Yves kissed her temple when he left the house.

Magaan tuloy ang pakiramdam niya nang makaalis din siya sa bahay. Si Nyker at Vexer ang naghatid sa kanya papunta sa Cafe nina Isabella. Medyo nahihiya pa siya dahil hindi siya nakapasok kahapon.

"Si Mama? Sina Ate?" Tanong niya sa dalawa. Bihira niya lang makita ang mga ate niya dahil sa ibang bansa na ang mga ito naninirahan. They all married to a foreigner that's why.

Nyker handed his phone to her, kaya kinuha niya 'yon. "Still worried about you because you're freaking stubborn." He chuckled when she pouted her lips cutely. Yes, she's really stubborn. She's aware of that.

Ipipilit niya ang sa kanya. She started living and making decisions for herself when her mother died, nag-umpisa siyang kumayod para mabayaran ang mga utang na naiwan ng nanay niya, maaga siyang namulat sa reyalidad, but when Dave came, naging makulay ulit ang mundo niya, dahil may kasama na ulit siya sa buhay. That's when she decided to prioritize him first. Dahil ayaw niyang mawala ito sa tabi niya.

"How's your boyfriend?" Vexer sarcastically asked.

She gave them a small smile. "Wala na kami."

"Yes!" Nyker fist punch the air.

"Sa wakas!" Vexer happily said, nakangisi ito at tutok na tutok ng mga mata sa dinadaanan nila.

"Mission success, fucker! Paano ba 'yan boss Ryker? Yellow cab pizza namin ah?" Nyker shouted and laughed.

Kumunot ang noo ni Rion kay Nyker. Vexer tapped something on his tablet, na naka connect sa sasakyan niya, and in a blink of an eye, Ryker face showed up.

"Kay Yves nalang tayo kumain, may discount ako doon. Mag early dinner nalang tayo mamaya, I'm kind of busy today." Ryker said and turn off the call. Nawala na din kasi ang mukha nito sa screen.

Nang makarating sila sa Cafe agad niyang nakita si Isabella at nginitian, napansin niya na sobrang hands on nito Cafe. Kasama nito ngayon ang dalawang sister in law niya, hindi niya alam kung paanong alam ni Isabella kung sino si Vyrlle at Vraiose, gayong magkamukhang magkamukha ang dalawa.

She excused her self and entered the kitchen to work. napansin niya kasi na kaunti nalang ang mga cupcakes at ibang desserts nila na naka display, and sooner or later mauubos na ang mga 'yon. Without her knowing it, Rion was smiling from ear to ear, the joy she's feeling whenever she's baking doubled.

Rion didn't even noticed that it's almost lunch time, kung wala lang tumabi sa kanya para hawakan ang kamay niya at patigilin ito sa ginagawa, her eyes widened as her heart started to beat wildly inside her chest. Her eyes met his beautiful amber eyes. Ngayon lang napansin ni Rion na mahaba ang mga pilikmata nito at hindi na kailangan gamitan ng eyelash curler.

"Good thing Jyrelle asked me to deliver his wife lunch." Yves sighed and let go of her hand, para itong napaso, her gazed went down to her wrist and slowly hide it on her back. She bit her lower lip as she carres her wrist, feeling the excess warmth of his hand. "Kumain ka muna. Mamaya na 'yan."

Tahimik lang siyang tumango, she wiped her hands using her wipes as she followed Yves. Dumeretso ito sa office ni Isabella kaya nakasunod siyang pumasok.

"I was about to call you," nakangiting sabi ni Isabella kay Yves. "Hindi na sana ako magpapadala ng pagkain kasi uuwi ako kina mama, susunduin ko si Ayze."
