The sun shone sofly amidst the pink and golden hue of the sky, as the moon was set on its way to replace the sun. The training field was filled with sounds of clatters of different weapons and the chatter of trainees. The practice grounds of the soldiers we a just a little away from this field.
Jisung and Felix readied their swords and bowed to each other before beginning combat. Jisung's moves were sharp and hard while Felix was quick and strategic.
Jeongin was watching them attentively as usual before practicing himself with the trainer.
Hyunjin smiled at the sight from the bench where he was sitting, before sighing and taking out a white piece of paper from his bag and started sketching absent-mindedly on it.
"I thought you could only run your mouth. That's actually quite impressive."
Minho's voice was heard as the Moon brothers stood at the entrance of the field.
Jisung snorted as he and Felix stopped the combat and said, "Why thank you. But I guess you wouldn't know since YOU only seem to know how to run your mouth." Every single one of his words held taunt and challenge in them.
Minho laughed humourlessly and said, "Would you like me to show you then?"
Before Felix could open his mouth to knock some sense into Jisung,
"Of course Minhoshi."
"If you loose you have to call me hyung." Minho said.
"And if I win you'd have to listen to whatever I say till your stay here." Jisung added.
"Deal."
"Deal."
Seungmin went near to where Jeongin was training, still holding his book in his hands, seeming to like the younger's company, which was a rare sight indeed. He never liked mingling with people. He watched him train as he shared details about different weaponry here and there, which kept Jeongin very amused.
Changbin stood next to Felix who looked as nervous as he was about the upcoming fight.
Chan stood where he was before intently looking at the scene, internally sighing in defeat and regretting bringing his brothers along with him here.
He looked at Hyunjin for a moment who held the same defeated look and laughed while shaking his head. Hyunjin returned his gesture with a smile.
And the combat began.
Chan was very impressed with Jisung's skills at his young age and to be honest it was not easy to keep up with Minho. And Mimho was much bigger than Jisung in size because of there age difference. He was very aggressive and swift on the field anyway.
But Jisung seemed to be no less. He used his smaller size brilliantly to use quicker moves on Minho.
They smirked alternatively as they almost defeated one another, throwing unnecessary sarcastic comments at each other.
Jisung swifly wrapped his right leg around Minho's left foot and tripped him on the floor. He held the older on the ground with his left arm on Minho's neck pointing the sword with his right one. He was so close to win when,
"You look quite pretty up close." Minho whispered with a wink.
Jisung's eyes widened as his face flushed at the sudden compliment and he dropped his sword unkowingly. Minho took this opportunity to change their position and picked his own sword from the ground pointed it at Jisung as he stood up.
