I stretch and yawn as I went down stairs.

'Bakit ang tahimik?'

"PA?" I called as I roam my sight in the four corners of our living room.

'Asan sila?'

I then went to the Terrace and found no one there. Before I entered the house again, I noticed that our car is nowhere to be found.

'Umalis sila?'

Napakamot na lang ako sa batok ko.

Agad kong kinuha ang phone ko sa bulsa ko at hinanap ang number ni Papa.

I decided to go to the kitchen kasi gutom na ko.

'Anong oras na ba?'

I went straight to the fridge and found a note there.

| PANGET, tulog mantika ka talaga. Umalis kame. Tutulungan namin si Papa sa store. Kumain ka na lang jan o kung gusto mo sumunod ka na lang dito sa store. Op! Wag mo kameng itetext, magbyahe ka boy!..

"Tulog mantika? Tss!" I whisper as I shake my head.

'tss! Adik talaga tong si Kuya.'

I leave the note there and open the fridge.

'What to eat?'

I was busy thinking when my phone vibrated.
