I woke up the next day with a slightly aching hand, but feeling better than I did last time. Some blood still seeped through, but it wasn't soaking the entire gauze and bandage. I yawned and got up to stretch, and I saw Riven pass by my room in a hurry. It's only 6 am, I just got up extra early so I could take some time to change the bandages I had.

I proceeded to take a shower, and before I know it, it's already 7:30 am. I didn't have the luxury of time to eat breakfast, so I might just have to eat at school, or maybe some Burger King drive thru. Riven has been waiting for me at the front porch, watching some chick doing her morning exercise.

"Stop that." I remarked.

"What?"

"You look like a stalker." I said as I opened my car door and got in. "Come on if you don't want to  be late."

The rest of drive was pretty great. We listened to a bunch of One Direction songs, and we just got in school on time. When I got out of the car, there were still a lot of people looking at us. It was probably just me. I was greeted with a squealing Tamarah and Fiona, and Riven went out on his own separate way the moment we set foot on the campus.

"We missed you, girl!" Tamarah said in excitement. "You missed out a lot, especially on Sky. I heard he got in the football team!"

"He did?" I couldn't say I was pretty shocked about it, I just didn't expect for it to happen.

"Yeah," Fiona added. "He was hanging out with Riven yesterday. I even saw them leave together and just this morning when I arrived, I heard they went to Will's, and some people even said they shared a milkshake. I don't know but I'm getting a bit of a gay vibe here?"

Hell no. My brother is not gay for pete's sake. If he was gay, then punching Mika Glasswood was just a total waste.

"No, they're not into each other. Okay?" I remarked.

We proceeded to go into our respective classes. For first period today, I have Geography. Of course, Tamarah and I have the same class.

Mr. Gonzales gave us a short activity about Peru's culture. 5 minutes just passed by when Sky walked in with a very apologetic look.

"Sorry for being late." He softly said.

He was wearing a white polo with a yellow sweater on top, paired with light colored jeans and white shoes. He looked like he just got out of a magazine. All the girls in our classroom were smiling ear to ear, which also earned a few eye roll from the jocks.

Mr. Gonzales didn't mind, but as soon as Sky walked in, he talked to him just beside the blackboard. Sky was holding the Geography book and some paper. I know my eyesight was poor, but it seemed like it was his class schedule.

When they were finished talking, Sky walked towards Jenny Maxwell. I swear, the boil on her face almost popped. All eyes were glued to Sky, and when he sat down, everybody just started murmuring to each other.

I've always wondered why Sky was not bothered by all this attention. Ha, maybe he is so used to this.

Jenny started to make conversation with Sky, and it seemed like they really enjoyed talking to each other. But not long after, they stopped conversing as we're all busy with this stupid activity.

Jenny was my seatmate, so that means between me and Sky, Jenny was in between. That's fine, because if he's my seatmate for this class, I would've lost it.

The activity dragged on. It was hard to understand anything about Peru. I glanced at Sky and he was just fiddling with his pen, concentrating. I glanced at everyone around, some of them were done, some were still answering. I looked at my book. "Almost done." I sighed. After I finished answering the ones left, the bell rang. Everybody went outside quickly, but Sky just sat there, his desk cleared already, and just waiting for everyone to leave.

Tamarah tugged me. "Let's go."

"Wait."

I slowly placed my book on my bag, very sloooowly, so I could catch up with Sky. He is still sitting on his desk. Why am I so drawn to this guy?

Sky noticed Tamarah and I and just smiled. Ugh, I'm melting. I smiled back at him, Tamarah slowly slapped my arm. I looked at her, and she was also smiling like it's the end of the world.

Sky stood up. "I think we also have the same schedules." he said just out of the blue.

"A-all of it?"

"Huh?"

"I mean--sorry" I chuckled. "We have the same classes everyday?" I continued.

"Yeah." he said, swinging his bag over his shoulder.

"How did you know Kiley's class schedule, though?" Tamarah questioned.

"Mr. Grant told me. He said to come to you so we could go to classes together. Sorry, I still get a little lost in this school. Do you mind if I join you?"

Weird, super weird. it was already hard enough for Tamarah and Fiona to get the same classes as I, but for him? It was a damn piece of cake. Maybe this is the perk of being handsome.
