Jungkook was different, it wasn't a strange concept to learn but the fact that Jungkook is completely unaware of his own self is what came as a huge surprise to Jimin.

Jimin knocked at the door that had been shut closed for a day as told by his mates.
The bowl of spicy chicken soup and rice in his hands stumbled a little as the door opened suddenly.
In front of him, his youngest mate standing lips bitten raw eyes red with tear marks staining his pale cheeks. The visual strangely looked the same as he did a little while ago.
A pang of guilt raised in his belly, Jimin swallowed back the numerous concerns grumbling in his stomach before mustering a soft smile.
" heard, my little fishy hadn't eaten anything today. Wanna share a meal with me ?? "
Jungkook looked shocked as if he never expected Jimin to talk to him ever, he dumbly opened the door wide moving aside to give Jimin a place to enter.
A genuine smile spread on his face as he entered the room, but it dimmed slightly when he saw the condition the room was in black jade beads on the floor.
It was weird.
Jungkook rushed back in picking up the beads hurriedly. " I was just watching a Sad Movie "
Jimin tried to not throw away the normal expression mask he had on his face, trying really hard to sound as normal as he can, " These are your tears ?? "
Jungkook nodded his head, " yes, I know sirens tears are way different from these"
Jimin nodded, " black pearls are siren's tears, but do all mermaid's tears are like this???"
" yes... I suppose so, I've never seen others' tears as they are intimate gestures in our coven. Our heads always made sure that only family can see each other's tears but I didn't have biological parents so I never saw theirs and nobody saw mine except my nanny. I think. But she is no more " Jungkook said nonchalantly closing a little pouch with his tears in it.
