The night progressed slowly as the sirens walk their way into the mermaid council.
The same building, same people but different situations so different than the usual, and common hateful glance that is thrown their way was also missing.
If it was any other day Yoongi would have not thought against throwing some backhanded comments about the same, however, it was a very serious matter if mermaids were able to catch the movement in the weapon.
As they were led onto a big room, where all the big names of the mermaids and siren council were seated together all looking at the door for the arrival of the oldest and most powerful pack of sirens in Korea.
Namjoon nodded a small bow at everyone present before taking his given seat followed by Jin and Yoongi sitting on either side.
They were probably the last ones to arrive because as soon as they took their seats the meeting began without a second break.
" Hello, we apologize for not being able to welcome everyone more warmly but things had taken a serious turn, and in this situation, we have to work collectively forgetting our previous differences and other things. Namjoon nodded to her which she returned and the hall was again filled with an eerie silence.
Finally, the sorcerer present in the room stood up and walked onto the middle of the table with his assistant carrying a big crystal ball in his hand.
All eyes stuck on him as he slowly bowed to everyone, as his assistant placed the crystal ball on the table softly stepping back giving the sorcerer place to stand.
"I am Mingyu and This devine ball can sense the energy, it was created under the guidance of the late king of the ocean with the main aim of keeping an eye over the devil's weapon. But after the devil took back his weapon it couldn't track it anymore even when the weapon was put back onto the sea it could not track the devil's energy. My family had this for generations but it was of no use anymore. However, last night it started showing the track again as if the weapon has finally re-emerged."
He took a step aside to let all present take a look at the constant blinking black dot on the crystal.
All eyes were on it as they thought of the same question that Yoongi finally asked, "isn't it a tracker ?? Why aren't we just going forward and getting the weapon instead of calling this meeting."
Mingyu shook his head, "it is not that easy, this tracker is made centuries ago, completely based on the landscape as it was then, later when it became useless no one tried to correct it, and with time the knowledge of how to do it also got lost so we are only left with this to work with. And all information we can get is that the weapon is in Korea and if we try to squeeze to get some idea it could be in Seoul or the surrounding cities apart from this no other information can be traced from this."
Everyone nodded their head in understanding.
" well at least we have some information rather than none," someone said from the group and everyone nodded.
It is, of course, better to have some information than nothing but that little information did nothing but to spike the anxiety in everyone making them fear for their life.

Jungkook twisted and turned in the bed, his head covered in sweat as he dreamed about an endless black hole filled with shimmering diamonds and jaded horns.
He woke up with a gasp as he felt as if he was being sucked in by the black hole.
Jimin and Hoseok were sitting in the same room by the couch as they rushed towards him probably sensing the fear and even Taehyung who was sleeping beside him woke up due to the sudden thrumming of fear through the mental bond.
He calmed down surrounded by his mates completely forgetting what he saw in his dream but the fear thumping in his heart, the feeling of absolute helplessness was way too difficult to forget.
But feelings subsidized, forgotten like any other nightmare as they all fall asleep hurdled together completely ignoring the signs given by the universe regarding their future.
