Ughhh. How do I start this? I can't say it enough. I love love love this movie. I have always been a Scream fan since I was really little. I honestly don't like Scream 3 and Scream 5 was meh. I plan on making reviews for all the films. But I'm not going to get off topic.
This is a fan film following Katie and she's a granddaughter of one of Sidney's old doctors and Ghostface wants to find her.
I love the art of fan films. I have made family videos more of like parodies so I love it when I see a fan film that looks good. Most Scream fan films I've seen were very weird. The Ghostface voice was way too different than the one in the film and of course you know going into this that someone else will fulfill that role. But this Ghostface was so good I was like, "Wow! He sounds just like the original." I just was in awe. Everyone was amazing and the movie didn't feel like a fan film. It felt like a real film and I just love it. It is a love letter to Scream fans. It feels like a Scream movie and if Wes Craven were still alive I know he'd be so proud.
The only negative I have is a small one but the film is a bit too short in my opinion. If it had maybe 20 more minutes than I probably wouldn't have noticed bur it doesn't ruin the film for me at all.
The link is the full movie. It's a must watch if you are a die hard Scream fan but it's also good for casual fans in my opinion.
