The bell rang and I got up with everyone and walked with them out.
“So, where’s everyone going now?” I asked. Fuu looked at me.
“Science.” Noctis and Larsa both said,
“English.” Kairi smiled.
“Science.” Aqua and Ven looked at me, Ven answering.
“I’ve got Drama with Aqua, since she forced me to take the class with her.” He said, Aqua rolling her eyes with a smile on her face. I blinked.
“Drama? Isn’t that an elective?” Aqua nodded.
“You’re allowed to skip one class and choose an elective in its place. But, only if you’ve completed it the first two years. Sometimes, people choose not to get an elective, and have the three years done and over with.” She explained. I nodded.
“What about Seniors?” She smiled.
“They have to take that class next semester, the class replacing whatever elective we had. Given, we’ll miss most of the material, but, I’ve already gotten all of the material down. I’m going to be taking English and Ven is going to be taking History.” I smiled.
“Oh! Then we have all the same classes together!” I said to Ven, Ven smiling.
“Yeah, you’re right! So, you have Miss Farron next then, huh? Good luck.” He said, as I nodded.
“Thanks. I’ll need it.” We all said our goodbyes and walked off.
“I have History with you but I’m skipping, per usual.” I jumped, hearing that voice, and turned, seeing Vanitas, laughing at me, then walking away. I glared. He was a jerk. Given, his back story wasn’t the greatest. It was sad, and I got why he was such an arrogant bastard there. But here? What the hell was his problem?! I sighed, walking toward my class, and wondering what his problem was. I walked in and Serah looked at me and smiled.
“Hello, {Name}. Here’s the history book. You can sit right in the third desk on the fourth row. Also, there are a few rules you should know. First of all, always turn in your homework and don’t copy off anyone else. Second, sleeping in class is not tolerated. Third, being late is not tolerated. Fourth, I’ll be calling on anyone who looks like they’re not paying attention, so try to pay attention. Because, even if you are, I might call on you to make sure. Fifth, if you need to go out for any reason, such as you feel sick, or want to throw up, or want to use the restroom, you have to raise your hand and ask me. Now, I have a tendency of saying no, and also, you get 3 passes every quarter, so, try not to make it a habit of going every day. Because that would be both a waste of your time and mine. That’s really all there is.” She explained, as I nodded.
“Alright. Thank you, Miss Farron.” I said, walking towards the desk she explained before. I sat down and frowned. Why was I always the first one in my classes? I felt a slight smack in the back of my head, and glared at the person behind me, seeing Riku there with a slight smile.
“Hello there.” He said, walking toward the desk in the middle on the room. I blinked. Other than what I saw in English and haven’t in Math, he had a tendency of sitting in the center.
“…Hey Riku. Why do you always sit in the center?” He shrugged.
“I like it here. I can see a lot without being seen.” He said, as I nodded.
“Right….that makes sense.” He sighed.
“So, how’s your day been going?” He asked, as I shrugged.
“It’s been going. Seifer was teaching English. Then again, you already knew that.” He let out a laugh.
“Yeah.” I frowned. I knew that this might’ve been a somewhat sensitive topic, and one that he probably didn’t want to hear about, but, I wanted to tell him anyway.
