I woke up the next day, upset with myself.

I feel like I shouldn't have kissed Isaac. I'm not one hundred percent sure Dylan even did anything with Delilah. But I'm also not one hundred percent sure he didn't. I'm also not one hundred percent sure he even liked me. I'm confused.

Instead of calling Dylan like any normal person would probably do, I drove to his best friends house, Amber.

The redhead opened the door and gestured me in.

"What's up?" She said sitting at her dining room table.

I pulled a chair out and sat with her. Her house was beautiful. By the looks of it, she's very wealthy.

"I just needed somebody to talk to." I forced a smile.

"Everything okay?" She asked looking concerned, raising her brow.

"Yeah everything's great! Well actually, I'm not really sure. Okay so it all started not last night, but the night before, Dylan and I, we-well we kissed okay?"

"Wait you kissed!" She interrupted.

"Yes get over it. So after we kissed, the next morning he was gone, and he left me a note saying his mom needed him home. Me being nosy, I drove over there. Lisa said he never came home." I stopped to take a breathe.

"So he lied?" She scrunched her face.

"Yeah but it gets worse, so much worse." I whined.

"Keep going." She said.

"Okay so after that I got a call from the hospital or whatever and saw my mom for a while, but that's not the point, after I left I drove past Delilahs house, and his car was in her driveway!" I almost screamed.

"No!" She screamed.

"Yes! And it gets worse!"

"Tell me more!" She said, way to interested in the story.

It was nice having a friend to vent to who would actually listen.

"So I went home after that, and I was really pissed, you know? Then the doorbell rings, and it's Isaac, the new kid who moved in across the street. He was locked out of his house so I let him in. Well I started venting to him like a dumbass and he confessed he liked me, and I was just so in the moment, and so pissed at Dylan, that.."

"That what! Aubrey what happened!" She shouted.

"I made out with Isaac. Like I'm talking heated make out session for at least twenty minutes. And believe me I feel like an asshole, but should I? What if Dylan left me to go rekindle his relationship with Delilah?" I whined.

"Wow. Well I can tell you one thing...you shouldn't feel like an asshole." She said crossing her arms with a crazy look in her eyes.

She scares me sometimes.

"Why?" I asked furrowing a brow.

"Because you just never know." She replied.

I groaned in response.

"So should I try to talk to him? Or should I let him come to me?" I asked.

"Let him text you first." She said.

"Alright. Well thanks for letting me rant to you, I'm gonna go home now." I smiled.

"Okay koko." She smirked.

I just laughed and walked to my car.

While I was driving I thought about stopping at the hospital, but decided against it. I also though about stopping at Dylans, but decided against that too. Instead I drove home. And of course when I pulled into my driveway, the infamous Isaac Tucker was outside on his porch.
