"What makes you think you can talk to my Y/N, huh?!"

"I'm sorry! She's just a acquaintance! I never meant to---" The man couldn't get any more words out. Something was choking him, squeezing his neck, but he couldn't see anything there.

Kakyoin was unrelenting, eyes blinded with rage. Maybe it seemed uncharacteristic of him to act like this, everyone knew Kakyoin as a kind and polite man. A gentleman in all respects. However, there was only one person that he would get like this over, and that was you. Y/N L/N, his beloved fiancé.

"Everyone's always trying to take my Y/N from me! I see the way all these men look at her! I'll---"

Kakyoin's rant was cut off by his phone ringing. His expression immediately softened, rage all but disappearing from his eyes. He let Hierophant Green loosen its hold on the man's neck.

The man fell to the ground, coughing and gasping for air.

"You better keep quiet!" Kakyoin warned before answering the phone. "Hello?"

As soon as he answered the phone, his tone completely shifted. Nobody would've believed that Kakyoin was just about to kill a man. Nobody except you that is.

"Nori? I'm just checking up on you, you're usually home by now."

"Were you worried about me!?" He immediately felt horrible. "I'm so sorry, Y/N! Please forgive me! I'll come home right now, I swear!"

You giggled and it made his heart leap. "Relax, silly. I'm not upset or anything, I was just checking in like I said. What are you doing anyway? I didn't know you had any plans."

"Me?" Kakyoin looked down at the man on the ground, who was scared for his life at the moment. "I'm just... having a little chat... with a friend."

"A little chat?" You saw right through him and Kakyoin knew it. "Nori.... you're not hurting people over me again, are you?"

"No! Well--- I was just-- "

"Don't you lie to me, Noriaki Kakyoin." You warned him.

"Ok so maybe I was hurting someone... just a little..."

"Nori..." you said his name with such disappointment in your voice, it broke his heart. He was so ashamed. "At least tell me he's not dead, Nori."

"He's not dead, Y/N, I swear it! I'm so sorry... but you didn't see the way he was looking at you when he was near you! He clearly wanted to---"

"It doesn't matter, Nori. I thought we said no more of this. Come home now." You weren't a particularly demanding person, so when you did demand something, Kakyoin knew you meant business.

After he got off the phone with you, Kakyoin turned his attention back to the man still cowering in fear. He just wanted to protect you. Was that too much to ask for?

"Just go!" He pushed the man away. "But don't you ever come near my Y/N again! Do you hear me?! Otherwise, I really will finish the job next time."

Kakyoin rushed home to you, not wanting to make you wait a second longer. He should've never gone after that man. He knew how you felt about him doing these things.
