- After the fight on the truck because I'm still new to writing -
I sat on top of a cargo box lost in thought. I couldn't get the little girl out of my head. Jaimne. I felt connected to her, but she was the enemy, right? Super Soldier .... there's more. More of me out there. These Flag Smashers weren't a joke and aren't some unorganized rebel group. They meant business, that little girl-Jaimne, she didn't try hurting or killing me. She helped me, she took the blunt of Steve's shield before it could hit me in the stomach. Probably Bruised her ribs and stomach up real good. Honesty, John needed to watch where he threw the shield. It isn't a toy.
" Let's take the shield Sam...let's take the shield and do this ourselves!". I knew he'd probably try talking me out of it but it wouldn't work. I'm getting back that shield. Sam looked up from his computer with a frown.
"We can't just go run up on him and beat him till he gives the shield up..it don't work that way... remember what happened LAST time we broke the law?" He questioned. The last time they stole something they ended up on the run all because I let someone get into my head.... because I hurt innocent people. I mean the only good it did was I met Wanda Maximoff. That woman sure is a mystery. Beautiful but deadly. Sweet but harsh. Warm but cold.
"We just got our asses handed to us by a group of Super Solider's ..not to mention a fucking Toddler!!"Sam said slouching. Obviously his pride was hurt.
" There's somebody you should met Sam -Somebody who might help"....
