Jina was still annoyed at Yuta and they both avoided each other at all costs. They would eat at a separate time and would not even hang out in the same room with the other members.

Jina was sitting in front of her laptop on the dining table in the living room. She had been typing away on her laptop since morning and moved only to sip her tea.

'What are you working on?' Jaehyun asked her, sitting down next to her.

Jina in an instant turned the laptop away from Jaehyun, 'I'm editing my novel,' she said, saving her work and preparing to shut down the laptop.

'Can we see it?' Mark asked, coming out of the kitchen with a sandwich in his hand.

'No,' Jina said innocently covering the screen with her hands. 'Not before I edit it,' she added.

'What is it about?' Jaehyun asked encouragingly.

'Uh... something,' Jina replied.

'Oh c'mon, tell us,' Mark urged her.

Jina looked around tentatively and said in a small voice, 'I have never actually shown my work to anybody before.'

'Really? Never?' Taeyong said from the kitchen who was listening to the conversation and plating a sandwich for Jungwoo.

Jina nodded.

'How will you get published if you don't show your work?' Jungwoo asked, coming over to the table with his sandwich.

'I don't know, I am not confident yet. Maybe once I edit it...' Jina trailed off.

'I'm sure it is great,' Taeyong said, bringing over a sandwich on a plate for Jina. 'Eat something now, you have been working since morning,' he said and pushed the laptop aside and kept the plate in front of her.

As she was finishing her plate, Winwin walked in and said, 'Get ready, we're going for our date.'

Haechan walks in through the front door and hearing this went into the longest 'oooh' teasing Winwin and Jina and the other members around the table joined in.

'Wait, today?' Jina spoke from the large mouthful of her last bite of the sandwich.

'Yes,' Winwin replied.

'When?'

'Now.'

'Now?'Jina almost choked on her food.

'Let's meet at the front door in 30 mins', Winwin said leaving, 'Oh and a tip, dress comfortably.' And with this he left.

Jina looked at the other members and she didn't even have to say anything before they asked her to go get ready.

Jina hurried to her room and saw Yuta in the hallway entering his room which was next to hers. She quickly went inside her room trying to avoid him.

She only had 30 minutes to get ready and had no idea where they were going. However, the haste quickly left her mind when she spotted a white gardenia sitting atop the desk by the door accompanied by a white card folded neatly.

She picked up the card and read the words, 'I am sorry.'

She didn't need to turn over the card to see the name, she already knew who had kept this here. She picked up the card and kept it safely inside one of her books and she ran to the kitchen to fill up a small pitcher with water to put the flower in and made a place for it next to the drawers by her bed. She looked at the gardenia sitting in the glass pitcher and couldn't help but smile.

She put on a comfortable pair of jeans and t shirt and met Winwin at the front door. They were met by Min-hyuk waiting for them by the car and were driven to one of the cycling paths. Jina soon pieced together what the date was going to be.

Winwin must have read the expression on her face and asked her, 'Do you like it?'

'Yes! I love it,' she exclaimed, 'It's the perfect weather for cycling.'

Both of them hopped on and decided to cycle down the path which reaches the shore. The path was lined with trees on one side and tall grass on the other and spiralled into smaller paths pushing them out of the city. The noise of the city was drowned out by the loud chirping of the birds mixed with their laughter as they both enjoyed each other's company.

Winwin was quite athletic but Jina seemed to keep pace as well. They raced between few spots and Jina tried to teach Winwin how to cycle with both hands off the cycle but both of them failed at it.

Reaching the last milestone, Winwin looked at Jina and said, 'The last one to the shore will buy ice cream,' and peddled off. Jina caught up pretty fast but could not beat the head start Winwin had. Since she reached the shore behind Winwin, she bought two ice creams and they settled themselves at a cosy spot near the river bank.

'Do you like your ice cream?', Winwin asked seeing how much Jina was enjoying eating it.

'Yes, I love this flavour,' she replied and realised why Winwin must have asked this question.

'Wait hold it like this,' Jina said instructing Winwin to hold the spoon in his mouth and she took out her phone, 'Let me take a picture.'

She clicked the picture of Winwin holding the ice cream spoon cutely near his mouth.

'My turn, here,' she said, handing her phone to him. Winwin smiled looking at her through the phone and clicked her picture with the ice cream.

'So, how has it been?' Winwin asked, 'Do you like living with all of us?'

'Yes, mostly great,' Jina shrugged.

'Mostly?'

'Well...', Jina trailed off hoping she doesn't have to spell it out for Winwin but he understood what she meant.

'He is not a bad guy you know. Yuta is just...' he said. 'I don't know why he is acting like this but one thing I can assure you that he would never hurt someone intentionally,' he added.

'Yeah, I guess so,' Jina replied, remembering the flower and the note on her desk today morning.

'Give it some time, he'll come around,' Winwin said reassuring her.

They watched the setting sun casting an orange hue in the sky above and the glittering golden water before it completely melted into the river. Even with Winwin beside her, Jina's thoughts were filled with the flower, the note and Yuta.
