Chapter 23

RYAN POV

Both Normani and I lay both Kulture and KJ in their beds cutting the lights off as we leave out. We go in the game room to see what game Jorden and Kiari are playing and of course it's nba 2K. I don't know what's in that game but it must be crack and be better than pussy. Cause Kiari has been saying lately how he's going to be at Quavious house to play the game with him or go listen to him at his studio sessions. Since Quavious is a rapper. I believe him, and don't wanna think the worse. But it's hard not too.

"Y'all playing that damn nba two K, again?" Normani ask Jorden leaning on him

"Yes! Little girl. You got a problem?" He says not looking at her

She quickly shakes her head and whispers something in his ear making him laugh. While I just stand awkwardly on the wall by the door watching. Watching them and Kiari. Not once as he acknowledged my presence and to say I'm upset is an understatement.

"Well I guess we'll let y'all be. Y'all enjoy" I say so we can leave out the room

We reach the kitchen, cause I need some wine. And Normani just watches me fill the whole glass to the rim

"What got you down boo?" Normani ask me

I tell her my concerns and after thinking for a little bit she says

"Wow, okay. I noticed the distance in the game room. So when we leave why don't you-"

".....seen some girl send him nudes. I don't know, and I don't wanna tell Ryan...." We hear making us both go quiet and follow the sound of Belcalis's voice back into the backyard.

Megan sees us trying to shh her up quickly but she doesn't listen and continues on

"WHAT!"
"Kiari is cheating??" I say with tears forming in my eyes

"N-No that's not what I said" Belcalis says trying to cover it up
"Yes you did! You just said you think he's cheating. Well so do I, so let's see if the bastard is cheating right!?" I say storming back into the house to the game room with everyone running behind me either yelling or saying No, wait

But one voice that stands out is Normani's "Imma fuck this nigga up if he is!"

That's my ride or die right there

I buss the door open, by kicking it. I have no more patience to even turn the knob. Causing both Kiari and Jorden to jump out their chairs looking at me.

Yo what's your problem!" Kiari shouts at me

I look in his hand seeing his phone in it. Of course!  I reach for his phone and he pulls his hand back preventing me from getting it.

I give up yelling at him" you're cheating on us!! You... You don't love us! Why are you cheating on us"
Kiari looks at me with a look of guilt all over it.

"I'm done"

NORMANI POV
We're on our way home, and I'm squashed between Ryan and Belcalis, as I comfort them. Kiari is cheating on them.. why!? No one knows but him, and we didn't even give him the chance to say anything

Flashback
"I'm done" Ryan says and turns to walk out but Kiari grabs her arm.

Before he can say anything I pull my left arm back and sock him right in his lip. Busting it

"Don't you EVER touch her you piece of shit cheating whore!" I yell at him then grab Ryan as we make our way upstairs

We can hear Belcalis yelling and crying, as we pack up their and the kids clothes. Along with Jorden and Megan trying to calm the whole situation down. After bringing the bags downstairs to one of their cars we go get the kids. Thankfully they're  both still sleep so we put them in their car seats.
