Part II Entering the new world

After a long day at school, I learned more about Lian than anything else. Julia kept talking about him all the time.
As I open the door and enter, I feel the house strangely empty, I shout out for dad and Sandra, and emptiness answer my call. I walk upstairs to change, before opening my rooms door, I hear whispers coming from my dad's room, the voices were shouting quietly.
I walk silently on the tip of my toes trying to make no sound while I approach the door, leaning my ears as close as I can.
-" George, you have to tell her, you've been delaying this for months now, she has to know. Even if she gets mad at you, she can't get mad forever. I know you're afraid to lose her, and that's why you should tell her, the sooner the better".
Sandra screamed quietly to my dad, sobbing and almost crying. I wonder what she's talking about, and if I'm the one who must know whatever my dad's holding. I lean even closer as my dad start talking.
-"Sandra, please be quiet, Nina must be already coming back from school."
I almost fall at ground realising it is all about me, what my dad been hiding? Am I going to die? How would he lose me?
-" Me and her mother decided to tell her as soon as she's 18, I guess that is when it will be legal to go after her. And I don't think they will come after her. Years ago I did some research and I found them, but they didn't seem interested in anyway assuming her, and promised me they would never come after her..."
Who the hell is coming after me? What I did wrong? OMG, did that shop owner went to the police and reported that me and Julia tried to steal some bottles of wine? I turned around wanting to get back to my room, but he continues.
-"but they also told me that it is inevitable, that she'd find her way back to them, it was in her blood. I didn't understand quite well that last part, but I'm afraid that may happen".
Okay, now that last part got me really worried, in my blood? Am I a vampire? That would be exciting though. I fasten my steps and enter my room shutting the door quickly.
I grab my phone and text Julia,
*can I come over?*
I lay down on my bed waiting for a reply. I can't help but wonder what would it be my dad's hiding for me. I get up, and change my uniform clothes to something more warming. I grab my dark blue tight jeans, and I struggle to get them through my thighs and ass. I dive in an oversized sweater walking across the room to my closet to find my favourite black coat, as I see it, my phone vibrates making me rush to it, and I see Julia's answer.

As I run downstairs, I see my dad and Sandra pretending to be talking about something else in the living room.
-"How was School today darling?"
My dad smile at me waiting for my reply.
"It was awesome dad, nothing special, the teachers told me everything I should know, you know".
He looks at me with wonder, and Sandra cough the water out of her mouth. Without giving any of them time to ask me anything I continue.
-" By the way, Julia is picking me up soon ,I'll be spending the rest of the day at her house. See you later, love you dad. Bye Sandra."
I hurry to the front door the same time Julia arrives. I get in her car, that has a strong mixture of scents, her rose perfume, and some pepperoni pizza, and tomato sauce. What she's been doing in this car? She's never the type of taking food except for those diet drink she always have.
-"Julia, are we having pizza for lunch, where is it?"
Julia looks at me with her eyes wide open.
-" What pizza? This is the first time I use my car ever since I came back from granny house. Unless .... Oh, I'm gonna kill Josh, if he ate anything in here, I'm going to rip his head off."
She yells calling her brother Josh, threating him.
Oops!! I didn't mean that. Julia turn the car off as we park at the entrance of her house.
We enter and as I greet her lovely parents, she runs upstairs to continue yelling at her brother.
Her mom and dad, start laughing and wonder how she knew that, since Josh used her car only once and 3 weeks ago.
I started to wonder how would the smell be that strong.
I went upstairs and waited for Julia in her exagerrated pink room.
Julia comes right after slamming the door, but then calming herself and sitting next to me and with a worried voice.
-"Nina, what's wrong? You look more horrible than usual".
I ignore her comment over my apparence, because for once she may be right.
-"My dad is hiding something from me, and I think is serious. He said some people would come after me as soon I turn 18, and if they don't, I would be the one chasing them... I can't imagine what it could be, can you help me figuring out?"
I see some excitement on Julia's face, and she stays quiet for a minute as if she was planning something, and all of a sudden she grabs my hand...
-"Sure, and we can do it now, let's go to your place, I'm bored here and that looks really intriguing, come on let's go"
I don't know what Julia is thinking, and I'm more scared of that than what my dad's hiding. I don't even ask, I just follow her. In a blink we are back at my house, and we go straight to my room. I sit quietly waiting for her to spit out her plan.
"-okay, here's the plan, I'll just try to find out what is it they are hiding . Stay here, I'll be back."
Minutes later, she came back, and hugged me really tight.
