A young student by the name Ollie, takes a candy given by the new handsome, student. The next day, Ollie dies when her stomach erupted butterflies, moths, worms, caterpillars, and maggots.
In the last chapter, it was revealed that the boy's candy is the cause of Ollie's death and makes chocolate with the maggots in them.
In an epilogue, Kelly shows frustration on the results as she still tries to find her sister.
