I am but a lone simp, and so are you. Enjoy<3
After spending the remaining of the day at the hospital, it became clear that my arm was in fact broken. Apparently, I had been knocked so hard into the ground after my encounter with Jungkook, that my elbow had fractured. And so, I found myself leaving the hospital with my family and a cast on my right arm. It had been quite the story to tell and my die hard BTS fan dad had made sure I told it over and over again. "Oh oH, tell us about the part where Seokjin shows up again" He kept on begging. I knew it by heart, and I would make sure I would remember it forever. And now I was invited to their concert, here in Seoul, and I was absolutely panicking. It's not like I had packed for a concert, and I felt totally unprepared. Therefore, at night, I decided to revise all their songs. I put in my headphones, blocking out the sound of my dad snoring and the buzzing of the air vent. Only me, and BTS under the covers all night long. God that sounds wrong.
Anyway.... Next day I was seriously tired and when my mom's all-knowing eyes landed on me, I simply blamed it on the fact that I had slept bad because of my arm. Not that I stayed up until 3 am listening to BTS songs and replaying Jungkook's voice because it was just that mesmerizing.
The area around school looked just fine. It was a magnificent school to be fair, quite modern with tall windows that let the light in in an ethereal way. Perfect for the many aspiring actors in Korea. And there seemed to be fine opportunities for activities around school, considering that it laid pretty much in the center of Seoul. I watched people pour in and out of the doors, thinking about how soon that would be me standing on the threshold. I felt kind of on top of the world, you know? And why wouldn't I? I fucking ran into BTS yesterday, here in Seoul, literally every Army's dream.
The rest of the day went smoothly with restaurant trips and stops at the Line Friends store (Where I made sure to get my brother a Chimmy plush as a reward from yesterday) and before I knew it was already the day of the concert.I dragged my mom out to the nearby mall where I got what I needed and got ready. My mom kept trying to convince me to wear whatever clothes she would have chosen. I was going to wear something that kind of stood out, but also not something that screamed for attention. So, what she had proposed was a big no, still appreciated it though.
I made sure I looked somewhat good and something I felt confident in, because just in case JUST IN CASE, that I got the chance to speak to Jungkook or any of the other members again I wasn't about to look like I did last time. Of course, I did take into account that it was a concert and I needed to be comfortable. Also, Jungkook had given me a special ticket in the pit, which not gonna lie kind of scared me. Add the fact that my arm literally just had shattered, and it didn't seem like the best idea ever. But chances like this were sparce.
So my dad and I showed up early. On our way there he kept fussing about staying safe, as if I were still a kid, but I suppose that all parents were like that.
"Keep sound on your phone and text us when you're done, remember to drink water, and if you feel sick or anything or your arm hurts just call me and I will come pick you up!"
"Dad, I'm 19 I think I know how to take care of myself." I groaned.
"Doesn't matter, you'll always be my little girl." He stated and ran a caring hand through my hair. Then when I was about to reply he jumped in with another comment. "Oh! and don't forget to get me an autograph."
I snickered, "Dad, that's not how it works-"
"Yah I am aware! But just in case you get near them, get me one. Maybe I'll sell it, or keep it forever, I'm honestly not really sure."
"Yeah because what are the odds that I'll ever get that close to them again."
"Don't test fate Y/n, you never know what could happen."
At that I simply huffed amused and when we arrived, he kissed me goodbye from the taxi. "Go have fun." he said and when I finally took my place in the living sea of people, I could feel my heart thundering like a wild storm. I had never been in the pit before at a concert, and here I was all alone.
