Sabezra + Ezrabine Oneshots

The last few months have been hell for Sabine. She barely got a chance to see Ezra since the last time, she was barely fed and sometimes stormtroopers would come into the room and insult her and her family knowing she couldn't do anything about it. She would cry herself to sleep every night wishing Ezra was with her. She wanted some kind of comfort to make her feel better. She wish she wasn't a prisoner to the Empire and she wished Ezra didn't join them. She never hated Ezra for joining them. She knew that what Ezra was doing was protecting her because they both knew that if even the slightest disloyalty from him could have Sabine killed. It looked like there was no hope of them both escaping.

Sabine was currently in her cell trying to sleep to regain whatever energy she has left. She was then woken up by the cell door opening and an imperial officer entered throwing a tray a food on the ground in front of her. "Here's your rations scum." He said. Sabine was now getting annoyed by this. "This is the same out dated food you always give me." She said. "Be grateful you're being fed and we do not kill you." The officer said walking to the door. "Like Ezra would let you kill me. He'll kill you first." Sabine sassed.

The officer stopped and turned to Sabine with a smirk as he pressed a button making the door shut and lock. "You're boyfriend isn't here now is he?" He asked. Hearing that made Sabine go wide eye as the officer then pinned her to the wall. "So lets just say the next time he comes here. He'll see you as a broken little girl." The Officer said as started to undo the buttons on her prisoner jumpsuit slowly started from the top going down showing some of her skin. "No. P-Please stop. Ezra, help me." Sabine whimpered with tears in her eyes.

Then the door suddenly opened and the sound of a blaster shot was heard and a officer fell to the floor in front of Sabine. "Ezra...?" Sabine muttered after seeing a figure in the door. Then the figure along with two others ran in and Sabine got a better look at them. It was Hera, Kanan and Zeb.

"Sabine!" Hera was the first to run to Sabine hugging her tight. "H-Hera? Is that you?" Sabine asked. "Yes! Yes it's me! Thank the Force we found you!" Hera said as she kissed Sabine on top of her head and tears of joy going down her face. Sabine was able to process that it was Hera and the others and she hugged Hera back with tears of joy going down her face as well.

"How did you find me?" Sabine asked. "We've been trying to track you down for over a year now hoping that you were alive somewhere. That's when we track imperial movements heading to this facility. It's good to see you again." Zeb said with a smile. Sabine smiled back. "We can catch up more once we get to the Ghost and get out of here. Lets go." Kanan said as they all ran out of the detention area.

The facility alarms were going off and stormtroopers were mobilizing to go capture them. Hera, Kanan and Zeb led Sabine down the halls of the facility with stormtroopers behind them but them they saw stormtroopers in front of them running to them.

Then hallway doors shut and locked in front of them and behind them blocking the stormtroopers from getting to them. The crew was confused at first until they saw Ezra round a corner. "Ezra--!" Sabine was about to run to him until Kanan, Zeb and Hera got into a protective stance in front of her. "Don't you dare come any closer Ezra!" Zeb said with his rifle raised at Ezra. Ezra looked down for a moment as he stood still.

"Guys! Wait don't!" Sabine shouted. "I'm sorry Sabine but Ezra has sided with the Empire and has been attacking us for months! He's a threat that needs to be dealt with!" Kanan said with his lightsaber raised.

"NO!" Sabine managed to push past them and stood in front of Ezra blocking them from attacking him. "Sabine get out of the way!" Zeb said. "No! I won't let you attack him!" Sabine said. "Sabine he's the enemy! He's been attacking--!" "I know what he's done he told me!" Sabine shouted. "Then you have to understand--!" Hera was cut off by Sabine. "No Hera! You need to understand he didn't have a choice!" Sabine said making them go silent.

"What are you talking about?" Kanan said. "When we were first captured, Vader tortured me. He wanted Ezra to join him. If he didn't, Vader was going to kill me. Ezra sacrificed everything to protect me. He endured so much to keep me safe." Sabine explained with tears in her eyes. "I didn't want Ezra to join them but even after told him not to he still did to protect me. Please guys, please don't hate him for what he did. I don't, b-b-b-because I love him!" Sabine said as tears went down her eyes. "Please let him come home with us. Please don't hate him. I can't live without him with me." She finished now fully crying.

After some time Hera was the first to forward to Sabine. She used her finger to lift the girl's head up and wrapped her arms around her neck brushing the back of her head in comfort. Sabine buried her face into Hera's shoulder hugging her back and cried. Hera looked up at Ezra. "Is it all true?" She asked. After some silence Ezra answered. "All of it. I didn't want her to get hurt. So I did the only thing I could do at the time. I don't regret it because it was to protect her. I love her too much to let her die." Ezra said. This was the first time Hera had heard his voice in a long while and after that she sighed.

"I can't speak for the rest of the rebellion, but I know that when it comes to Sabine you never lie about your intentions when it comes to her. You'd do anything for her. So I believe you." Hera said. Sabine broke the hug and looked at Hera. "He can come with us?" Sabine asked hopeful. Hera smiled at her. "Yes." Hera said. Sabine was overjoyed as she turned around and jumped into Ezra's arms hugging him for dear life as Ezra hugged back. "But like I said I can't speak for the rest of the rebellion. So don't expect a warm welcome." Hera said. "I'm willing to accept any punishment they give me." Ezra said. "Okay. Lets go home." Hera said.

Later

After returning to Yavin 4, the crew's welcome home was cut short when the rebellion saw Ezra exit with them. All blasters were aimed at him. Sabine was the first to protect Ezra and they explained why Ezra was with the Empire and why he did what he did. Mon Mothma understood why Ezra did it but she still couldn't condone what he has done and had to spend sometime in the detention area. Sabine wanted to protest but Ezra told her it was okay and did what they told him.

Ezra was inside his cell as Sabine stood on the other side of door looking at him with sadness in her eyes. "We escaped one prison only for you to be put in another. It isn't fair!" Sabine said with tears in her eyes. "I understand you're mad but I knew this was going to happen. At least they didn't kick me out so that's good right." Ezra said trying to cheer her up. "I guess." Sabine said looking down.

Ezra put his hand in the open space of the door and placed his hand on Sabine's face wiping tears from her eyes. Sabine just hugged Ezra's arm. "I just want you to hold me. I promise I'll get you out of here." Sabine said. "I know you will." Ezra said back.

Months later

Months past and Mothma finally let Ezra leave his cell in the detention area. Sabine was the most excited to see Ezra out. She's been fighting for Ezra since he was first put in the cell block. She ran down to Ezra's cell so she can be the first to see him. Once she got there she saw a rebel already letting him out.

Once the two locked eyes, Sabine ran to Ezra jumping into his arms and wrapping hers around his neck kissing him on his lips. "I told you I'd get you out of here." Sabine said. "I never lost faith in you." Ezra said back. Sabine smiled more and kissed him again. "Can you hold me like this for awhile please. I don't want to let go of you yet." Sabine muttered into his neck. "Anything for you." Ezra said kissing her cheek. "I love you." Sabine said. "I love you too." Ezra said back and walked out of the room carrying Sabine.
