Adam’s POV

I had to go to the fridge for the third time to get a new carton of milk, ‘cause they drank them all! I came back upstairs and into our guest room with the milk. However, (thankfully) they had fallen asleep.

“I gave them all baths and helped them put pajamas on and they fell asleep.” Drew said sitting in a chair across from the bed they all slept soundly in.

“They’re so cute.” Drew as I sat in a chair next to him.

“They’re drinking all the milk…” I said.

“So we’ll go to the store and buy more, it’s not like I live off of milk instead of blood or something.” Drew replied.

We left a note for the kids on the door, and went to the store. We got a lot of cartons of milk and were checking out and the cashier was looking at us funny until he finally asked:

“What do you intend to do with this much milk?”

“We have kitten strays.” Drew responded, the man nodded and we left with a ton of milk.

We came back and it seems we didn’t even need to leave a note because the kids were just waking up.
