There’s a boy named Andrew, everyone in his family called him Andy, and he was born a human, but vampire is in his genes so at some point his vampire genes are going to awaken. No one had ever told him that he has vampire in his genes. Andrew fell in love with a Lycan (means a werewolf) named Adam, and Adam is the Alpha’s second son. Adam called Andrew; Drew. His pack didn’t know that he was dating anyone, let alone another boy, a human boy. Its winter, in Tennessee and the two are sitting outside talking.

Adam’s POV

Lycan would gladly devour humans given the chance, so I went hunting so I wouldn’t be tempted to hurt Drew. We were talking in a field; we had always come here to be alone with no one but ourselves. We weren’t talking about anything in particular, when some of my pack mates came out of nowhere. I snarled at them in my human form and held Drew close to me they changed from wolf form to human to talk to me.

“Adam, what are you doing with that human?”

“He’s my mate.”

“Impossible, he’s a boy!”

“He is my mate, I’m not debating it with you, and I’m gay alright!”

“We’ll be informing Gamma, Beta, and Alpha about this.”

“Fine get lost!” I yelled.

They left and I picked Drew up, I like holding him in my arms, he doesn’t way hardly anything.

“C’mon Adam, put me down, my legs work perfectly!” He whined, he sounded like a small child.

“Aw, but Baby, I love holding you.”

“Okay, I’ll let you; but only because I love you, and you’re so warm.” He said putting his head on my shoulder.

“Hey guess what?”

“No just tell me.”

“I love you.”

“I love you too.” He said. Adam was nearing the pack house with Drew still in his arms. They were going to kiss, but Drew pulled away and coughed. Adam had noticed that lately Drew had seemed sick.

“Hey Babe, are you alright?” Adam asked as he entered his room.

“Yeah, I’m fine.” He said but started coughing again.

“Well…” Drew said, they both knew that he wasn’t feeling well. Adam kissed his mate and closed the door behind them; he laid Drew in his bed, put the comforter around him and pulled away.

“I thought so.”

“Sorry baby, I just didn’t want you to worry.”

“You’re my mate; I have every right to worry.” He said, kissing the top of Drew’s head.

“I know, I’m sorry I should have told you I wasn’t feeling well, but I’d rather play around outside with you over lying in bed all day.” He said.

“It’s winter, so you probably caught a cold or something.”

“If I go to sleep will you go work this whole issue out with your pack?” He said giving Adam a pleading look.

“Okay, but you have to go to sleep.” Adam said.

“Okay, I will, I’m tired anyways.” Drew agreed

“I’ll be back in a little bit.”

“Love you.” Adam left and walked into his father’s office, where he was with the beta and gamma of the pack.
