Tae's eyes got filled with tears. He is not being able to control his emotions after seeing Jungkook looking at him like that. Mr. Kim looked at Tae and he knew that Tae is gonna burst out with tears at anytime. This is why he never liked Tae because he is weak and way too emotional. He feels like Tae is a baggage to him, who always made things difficult for him.
But this time, he wants his 'baggage' to become useful for once. He can't let anything happen which would not be good for his profit. So, with these thoughts Mr. Kim looked at Tae and said," Oh come on Tae! I know you missed Jungkook but at least say hello to your future husband"
Tae got out of his thoughts after hearing his father's words.
He didn't know what to do so he did what his father told him to do. He looked at Jungkook and said," hello.. nice to meet you Jungkook. I am Kim Taehyung"
Jungkook smiled but Tae already can feel that his love faked his smile..
Tae's POV..
After our dinner at Mr. Jeon's mansion, we bid our goodnights and went towards our car. Well the dishes were delicious but sadly I could not enjoy any of it. I guess everyone could feel the awkwardness in the air. He did not even look at me for once. I felt like he did not even acknowledge my existence there.
Our driver opened the car door for us and we got in. Nobody talked. My head is paining like hell. My mind could not stop thinking about the whole thing happened today. I could not breathe.
so I said," please drop me here" Mom asked me why I was saying that. I said "Mom Dad please. I want to spend some time alone, I beg you" with saying that I opened the car door and left.
I ran. I ran like there's no tomorrow. Tears were flowing through my eyes. I continued running until I reached Han river.
I took my phone out of my pocket and called my best friend, soulmate.
"Hello Tae! bitch...tell me everything..I will kill you if you miss any details. How does he look? Is he handsome? ahh! don't tell me he kissed you already", Jimin said.
I burst into tears. I can see my expectations shattering right infront of me.
Well..EXPECTATION HURTS
"Oh my God Tae! why are you crying? what happened bub? tell me", Jimin asked worriedly. I told him everything.
"Well..maybe he needs some time to get used to the fact that he has to marry someone of his father's choice. Give him some time and even after that if you see him treating you like shit, then I think you should talk to your parents for cancelling the marriage", Jimin said.
His words shocked me. I stopped crying and immediately said," What the fuck are you saying Chim? I can't disobey my parents order. My father showed trust on me for the first time. They finally love me Chim I can't do this and if you are forgetting, I love Jungkook. I will win his love no matter how many days, months or years it takes. I can't loose him Chim. He is my first love".
Author's POV..
When Tae got out of the car, his father spat," you disrespectful piece of shit..I will kill you with my own hands if you cancel this marriage.. I will not loose this big deal for a whinny bitch like you"
"Calm down honey.. don't worry. I am sure that he will not cancel this marriage, he loves Jungkook and he will do whatever it takes to earn his love and affection. He just needs time", Tae's mom immediately replied.
"How pathetic!", Tae's father replied with a smirk on his face.
