Part 20

Author's POV..

Tae felt so embarrassed..He couldn't even look at other directions other than the window..How can he be that stupid?

He was whining and cursing under his breath when the car stopped.

"Good night baby..sleep well okay?", Jungkook said to Gguk.

"B-but I don't wanna go"

Tae looked at his son..

"Why?", Jungkook asked.

"I want to be with you..come to our housh with ush", Gguk mumbled.

Silence erupted in the car.. Taehyung closed his eyes and averted his gaze..He didn't know what to do.

Tae doesn't know how his son got that attached with Jungkook in this short span of time..maybe this was bound to happen..

Jungkook looked at Tae..He can feel the uneasiness in his face..He knows that Tae is not comfortable with the idea of him visiting their house..so he wouldn't dare..He will wait for the time when Tae would take him there himself..He did hurt Tae once..He is not going to repeat that shit again..

"Umm..baby..You know your bunny uncal has too many works left..He has to finish it before tomorrow..I can't describe you, how angry everyone gets when I don't finish my works on time..I know my Ggukie doesn't want me to get scolded by everyone.. isn't it?"

He lied about that thing..his employees would never dare to do that..but what can he say to make Gguk understand? So he lied..but he felt really guilty after lying to his son. In this short span of time, he got really close to Gguk..He can feel the special between them..It felt so unreal and overwhelming at the same time.

"No I don't want you to get shcolded",Gguk said with a pout.

"I know..I know that Ggukie is a big boy who understands everything..He is very very smart and caring"

"But but promish me you will come after that"

Jungkook looked at his son..his eyes moistened..His son is too pure and adorable.

"Y-yeah", Jungkook said while looking at Tae. Only if want me to Tae.. only if you want me to

"Good night bunny uncalllll"

"Good night bub", Jungkook said and kissed his cheeks.

Taegguk opened the car door with the help of Jungkook and waited for Tae to join.

Taehyung's eyes were closed till now..He didn't know what to do..

"Tae"

Jungkook's voice..His deep and also soothing voice..All the uneasiness were gone when he heard the deep yet soft tone of Jungkook..He opened his eyes.

"I will never do something which makes you feel uncomfortable around me..I am sorry..I never thought Gguk would say that..I am really sorry"

"I-it's okay.. It's not your fault anyways"

Jungkook smiled a bit..

Taehyung opened the car's door and got out of the car..

"Good night Tae", Jungkook said with a soft smile.

Tae hung his head low..His eyes were brimming with tears..Tears because the pain in his heart..Pain because he couldn't hug his love tightly although he wanted to..He was hella confused with all the things happening with him..

He had been controlling his feelings in these four years..He got used to the pain of leaving his love..He knew that he would never get the love he desired..He got okay with it..He tolerated the pain and started living with it.

But now..

Now his heart feels that heart wrenching pain again..When he sees the affection and love in those bambi eyes for him, he forgets those insults and pain he had..His heart wants to be with the person he desired forever..He wants to be on these arms and cry his heart out..

But..

But he also can't trust Jungkook..He doesn't understand why Jungkook shows affection towards him now..What if all these are acts? What if he gets his heartbroken again? He can't trust Jungkook that easily.. because now..now this is not about only him..He has a son..a beautiful son who deserves the world..who doesn't deserve sadness..So he doesn't know..

His mind and heart are fighting with eachother.

After not getting any reply from Taehyung, Jungkook averted his gaze and started the car engine before giving a soft smile to his son. His heart felt heavy..He noticed some uneasiness on Tae's face..He also knows that he is the reason of that..He feels guilty but at the same time a determination works on him.. he knows he needs to fix this..He needs to fix Tae and he needs to fix his family..If he is the reason of all this then this is his responsibility to put back the smile on Tae's face again..He is determined..

After sometime standing there without doing anything, Taegguk felt sleepy and bored so he whined..

"Mumma letsh go pleaazzzzzz"

"Y-yeah", Taehyung chocked on his tears but tried to maintain his posture..He can't break down infront of Gguk.

They opened the door of their apartment..Gguk  had his fingers intertwined with his mumma..
Gguk went to the couch and started watching his favourite cartoon, doraemon and in the mean time Tae went to the kitchen to prepare something for them..

"Hyung are you eating with us today? What do you want to eat?", Tae asked hobi in the phone call..

"No Tae.. Actually I have a date tonight so umm..I will have my dinner outside"

"That's great Hyung..All the best for your date", Tae said while giggling.

"Stop it Tae..okay bye now..And give a kiss to Gguk from my side"

"Yeah..Bye Hyung"

Tae cut the call and started making the dinner.

"Gguk-ahh come.. Dinner is ready"

Gguk came while jumping and giggling..He has always been this energetic.. Taehyung had a soft smile on his face..His son is too strong.. Even after being sick, he never shows that..He doesn't know what he did wrong that his son has to suffer for it..He always blames himself for his son's sickness although he had nothing to do with it..

"Ggukie tomorrow we have to go to doctor uncle"

Gguk hummed and started devouring his dinner..

Tae smiled and started eating too..If his son is strong then he can be strong too..
