After almost 15 minutes of walking they reached the entry gate to the gated community of hanam hill Namjoon showed him his house card and told Sakshi was with him so the security guard at the entrance quickly let them in and they walked towards a lane towards the end of the area and there she saw Namjoon heading a quite big apartment .

Nj: you stay here I'll be back in a minute.

With tht he walked away and came back after 5 minutes this time with a lady behind him. She introduced herself as the house owner .

H.O: so basically you have two options you can either pay your rent each month or you can pay 6 months or 1 year rent together.

Sak: I'm sometimes forgetful so  I think would prefer paying it together for each 6 months.
