Chapter 3 • A little cheese, cacao, and holly berries.

•Startling news•

I jumped into the carriage and brush out my hair just like mother used to.
" you look just like your father- young, handsome, oh and you have such a lovely heart"
"I do??!!"
"Yes you do! And oh may I say you have such lovely hair"
"Thank you momma!"
"No problem baby- I could never have long hair like that ever"
"Oh- well you don't have to have long hair momma all you need is...uh... family!"
"You right baby thank you I do need y'all"
"Momma you usually brush my hair out like that do you have something to tell me?"
"Oh your having a sister"
*GASP*
"Uh huh a baby sister- you take care of her well you hear?"
"Yes momma I will"
"Oh do you mind if I braid your hair baby?"
"Nope!"
"Aww thank you baby- I gonna miss this side of you"
"Huh??!!"
"Nothin baby, Nothin"

I remember it well like it was just yesterday. I sighed and looked out the carriages window, and waved at Akeer as she waved to me and yelled bye.
Soon the carriage left me off at the stop and strolled back I've to the citadel.
I opened my bag and took out what I found a letter that I had not yet opened.
"HOLLY STOP CHASING ME!!!" A voice screamed from behind me.
A girl came up to the stop- she had on the school uniform, but suited for her country just like me.
Flowly pants beige- with small Hebrew hand writing, written on the bottom going around it. A orange shirt with a handle drawn carefully onto it, with golden raps around her arm, and the rest of the school uniform on- how can this girl run in heels?!
All of a sudden she reminded me of someone- someone I have meet before. She finally looked at me then light shimmered through her eyes.
"DARK CACAO COOKIE- AHHHH!!" The girl screamed excited. She hugged me tightly- feathers covered my back- I know who it is-Golden Cheese Cookie.
"Bro- I haven't seen you in like decades!!! How you been bruh??" Golden cheese said.
Everything in the sentence kinda scared me- the way it was said. Just everything.
"Uhhh... I've been good Gold, just things happened you know?" I answered her.
"?!!! No way did rose break up with you?!" Golden cheese said.
"No" I replied.
Golden stared at me for a few seconds like she was judging me but I knew her long enough to know that was the study face.
"Someone died" golden finally said.
I looked away, but she started to whimper fakely to annoy me.
"Oh, you want me to tell you?" I sighed miserably.
"Mmm hmm" she voiced.
I retired to recall what happened that mourning, but ever lasting regret and sorrow dumped onto me as I was about to say what i was going to say.
"You know what- y'don't have to tell me," she said.
"keep it to yourself big guy if you want..." she finished.
I smiled at her softly to show her thanks.
"Thanks gold" I told her.
"Boy that is why I love you!!" She said.
She gripped me in her arms and then her wings.
"HE HE HE HE HE- WERE ARE YOU SILLY" a voice yelled.
A girl with one bun, cranberry hair, with two strands hanging down, white overalls that were above her knees, sweater that was also cranberry colored along with the hollyberry kingdom flag striped across it- resembling her kingdom hollyberry. Everything else was just the school uniform. Her crimson red eyes looked over to me.
Her long socks looked to white to be true.
"Are those paper??" I asked the girl.
"Uh no- what made you think they were paper, never seen white in your life??" She said with a question.
"Holly berry cookie, you think paper socks will make you cool?" I joked.
"HEY- THATS NOT TRUE!!! THEY WERE WASHED SEVEN TIMES WITH SODA BLEACH!!!" She screamed.
Soon enough a larger carriage came with many windows and many seats.
It took me five hours to pack and almost 13 hours to get here just for this... golden cheese cookie mumbled. Although we all could hear her.
The buses doors opened almost like magic and we grabbed our suit cases and got in.
We took our seats on in the middle of the bus. Holly wanted to sit by herself so we let her be, she had two suitcases anyway. Instead me and gold sat next to each other. We talked about how the school would probably look like, how our summer vacation was and the works really nothing that suprising.
After 10 more stops we went to the school.
We all got off the bus and then we all gathered in front of the school we're the instructive was.
She was a tall woman with a light beige hair and and white skin tone with all white eyes, dress all the way to the floor, she had only golden sandles on, and side of her dress was cut to show only half of her thigh and below, she also had her hair all the way down blocking only a section of hair covered her eye as well.
She looks just like mother... I mumbled.
Gold looked at me then looked back at the instructor. She clearly studying why eye said that- she was doing a good job trying to hide it though.
"Hello fellow students you might have heard of me before, but I am Fortune cookie. I tell time the end and the beginning of everyday, but not the future though." Ms. Fortune said.
"I am the head master- and I am able to help anyone who needs intact help." She continued.
Her voice sounded like millions of suns saying good morning- such a beautiful voice- just like Akeers.
" dorms are in the second tower to your left and the bathrooms are below that tower." She said.
"She sounds kinda tired" whispered Holly berry.
" I know I do hope she gets some sleep though she does have a long day ahead of her- she has a lot of duties in the future. I wish I could help though..." I trailed off.
Although I couldn't tell if she was looking at me I felt her gaze- a warm soft one.
"Cafe and the courtyard is to your right and you will find eight courtyards on the second and first floor," she said. As well as the cafeteria at the end of the school-outdoors and indoors as well." She continues.
" My office is right next to the cafeteria so any issues happening there will be reported immediately- and training quarters and weapon and armory classes will be take outside of the campus as well as the other UA's.
Study hall and homework hall will be marked with huge signs so no need to fore explanation with that" she said with a yawn.
"And if you are experiencing any other issues you are aloud to come to me." She said.
"WELCOME TO THE BLUEBERRY ACADEMY WERE EVERYTHING BEGINS!
