The building blocks of life is something that goes beyond the mind
So many natural struggles we as humans tend to unbind
Why we do we focus on what we lost?
But never point out the will that we still maintain?
When all the ashes in our life is considered lost, why don't we focus on what remains?

Is it really human nature to focus on the worst case?
Is it human nature to focus more in the people we considered a disgrace?
Is it human nature to put our focus on the lurking danger?
Is it human nature to use stress as our main motivator?
Is it human nature to mope when we have enough?
Is it human nature to consider death an option when life becomes rough?
Is it human nature to comfort ourselves when the pain lingers?
Is it our truest self to let humanity be the guide of our own nature?

Is human nature really this cruel?
If there's a god, do they consider mortality as a thing ruled by fools?
Should we feel gifted by our everlasting blissful ignorance
Or should we feel ashamed that truth of life will never be revealed despite how vigorous?
Why do we even think about such thoughts?
Why is reality a complicated mystery that we always lost

We grieve for what we lose. But we struggle to accept what we gain
But should we really respect gods if they have our nature play these games?
All I could do is lament in shame
If only the universe can answer questions, then peace is something I would truly obtain
I screamed at the universe for an answer even a hint will suffice
And I heard an echo back. I don't know if it's the answer I seek or my cries

Whether the voice was from my heart full of blisters
Or even the universes grandest whispers
I know one thing for sure. That even in a gray world full of sins
The answer to all the questions I seek for could only be found within
