Most of the day Race just spends reading in his room trying not to think about the next day and his father.
"Hey Racer" Albert came into the room just after dinner.
"Hey Al" Race laid his book down beside him.
"I just want to say sorry for a few days ago" Albert sat down at the foot end of the bed.
"I'm sorry too, it's just that I'm a bit scared" Race looked at his lap.
"You know you can talk to me right"
"Well, it's just that my dad has said somethings and I don't want you and Spot dragged into this mess"
"What do you mean"
Race didn't know what to say, was he now just going to admit that they were his soulmates. He wanted to tell them but he didn't want to tell them.
"Hey Race, are you alright" Albert asked.
Race met Albert's eyes and hugged him.
"I just want you to be safe" Race whispered.
"What do you mean"
"My father said he would kill my soulmates if I would find them" He started crying as Albert hugged him tighter.
"You're safe,Spot's safe and I'm safe so don't worry we're all safe" Albert whispered and looked Race in the eyes.
"Your eyes are pretty" Race said then slapped his hands over his mouth realizing what he had said.
"Not as pretty as your's"
Albert laughed as he saw Race's cheeks heat up.
"You look really cute when you're so flustered." Spot walked into the room making Race hide his face in his hands.
"I hate you two" He mumbled.
"You couldn't" Spot said sitting on the other side of Race then Albert sat.
"Maybe I could" Race said.
"No you couldn't and even if you wanted you're stuck with us" Albert put an arm around Race's shoulder pulling him close. Race just snuggled close to Albert.
"Wait Spot were you standing outside listening" Race sat back up again.
"Maybe but I couldn't really hear anything since you were whispering." Spot said.
"Well good you didn't hear how I was bad mouthing you" Race smiled.
"Well if that's true you need to be punished for that" Spot smirked.
Before Race knew it he was laying on his bed and Spot was tickling him.
"Stop" Race laughs.
"Not happening" Albert said as he started to tickle Race too.
After a few minutes the three of them were laughing and laid next to each other with Race in the middle of the three.
"I love you guys" Race smiled as he looked at the ceiling.
Spot and Albert sat up smiling at each other.
"We love you too Toni" Spot hugged Race on once side, Albert soon joining in on the other.
"Now let's prove your father wrong tomorrow." Albert laughed.
"Sure we are" Race said.
The rest of the day they spent just cuddling and watching some youtube on Spot's phone.
