She could only look at the weird people that accidentally came into her life. They didn't come but she did come here searching for them, most specifically that old man and the tall man she once saw but apparently he wasn't here. She looked around as Xiao and Doc were just talking to eachother and the woman Ljubinka who was cutting some vegetables for her soup. The woman always put on a smile but Lena wasn't stupid to not see how it really affected her. She was sad.

Lena quickly looked down at her notebook as she tried to write in Serbian and speak it but it was hard. Too many grammar that needed to be learned but she wanted to learn it so she could communicate with the others.

"Sta hoces vise od mene, luda zeno!", she was startled as she got up as others quickly went out. She followed them outside and came to the fence where they were craning their necks to see everything. She could only raise her eyebrow as she watched a man drag a woman out of the house screaming at her. That was too small to even be a house... This was a shed... Was he?

Lena went towards him before Doc stopped her looking at the arguing couple as he probably was eavesdropping.

"Just watch and hear, here you can't interfere but have to gossip around", Doc said in broken English but Lena just narrowed her eyes and looked at the man that was dragging his wife. Doc suddenly pointed with his grey skinny hand towards the shed and long and behold a man was dressing up as he looked everywhere. Ha, how pathetic.

As it all faded she turned towards Ljubinka who was putting on her headscarf wrapping it under her long black hair. Before she got her scarf to cover her shoulder and say something softly as she took Marija's hand going out of the garden and going where the man and wife went off to. Lena quickly went with her as she looked back at Doc who was trying to protest. She followed Ljubinka as she went down the hill and going somewhere. Everywhere it was woods and trees that they passed but there was no life but sheep and goats and cows munching on grass as men and women were bringing them here. Lena watched as they all politely talked with Ljubinka, even waved at Marija who in return waved back.

Ljubinka turned towards Lena and smiled as she motioned for her to come closer. Lena could only silently come next to her, her eyes roaming the beautiful hill and views and animals that happily munched on grass as dogs roamed around looking at the live stock. It was all so serene and peaceful but Lena knew this would soon end as they approached houses and people talking and working on fields, happily shouting.

She just stood there as Ljubinka let Marija go and play with other children before she sits down on the bench motioning for her to sit down too. Ljubinka's stare never left Marija's as Lena just sat there blankly looking at girls who were chatting like idiots and giggling as they greeted Ljubinka.

Ljubinka was answering the girls before they looked disappointed and ventured off into another direction. Good for them, Lena knew they must have asked about her grandson and she could see the woman was also annoyed by them as she sighed.

"My grandson", Ljubinka spoke in Serbian as she turned to Lena their eyes meeting. Ljubinka's eyes were hazel with a tint of blue with yellow spots. Her clothes were strange but Lena could see that other women also had them on, probably traditional clothes. "He is good looking, lep", she tried to explain as Lena smiled at the woman trying to also use English words but she did try and Lena respected that.

Of course, he was, tall, muscular and a hardjaw, but not her type at all. She never really had a type during her growingup, no matter how much her parents tried to get her a match. But she wasintrigued as everybody is talking about him always. Perhaps they would meetsoon.
