hyunjin, changbin and chan were in the kitchen, talking amongst themselves. both chan and changbin finally decided to actually hear out hyunjin and understand what was happening with him.

after some talking, chan had gotten a notification on his instagram account. he hadn't received it while talking to both his friends, but knew something was wrong.

i found felix on the bridge earlier
he wasn't awake, and had like
tear stained cheeks

it's okay, i brought him to my

i don't know where he lives.
so, i thought about where
you and changbin live but
i don't remember the route
and also my gps is sadly out-
dated.

he was also bleeding.
do you know the reason?
i'm getting worried about him
he's been getting paler and
thinner. i'm observant not a
creep like the girls at school.
i observe my areas because
i can catch if someone is struggling
and your friend felix is struggling.

chan rushed to his car, leaving hyunjin and changbin dumbfounded. taking his keys out, he unlocked it and entered. remembering seonghwa's street and home.

one of the many parties hosts were seonghwa and his place was well known. chan and his friends would attended these parties just to spend some time with their other friends. seonghwa and his team, also known as ATEEZ, in school. why? no one knows why.

chan and his friends were known as SKZ too, even they themselves didn't know why they were called that. also, wooyoung's friends which consisted of yeonjun, soobin, beomgyu, taehyun and kai were known as TXT.

they all wondered why they were known as SKZ, ATEEZ and TXT.

chan got to seonghwa's place, to the gates informing the younger male that he arrived. watching the gates open, he drove in and went to go find his parking spot. after parking, he rushed out.

the australian ran up to the doors which opened at the right timing, revealing the younger but taller male. "he's on the couch, he could wake up any minute." seonghwa said as he let chan in, "i found him with cuts but i cleaned and bandaged them."

chan nodded, rushing over to his younger aussie friend. the younger australian looked so pale and thin in the light. it hasn't been this way since nearly two years. chan knew something triggered his fellow australian to go back to his old ways. he knew the unconscious male made a lot of improvements, and they have been plummeting. knowing felix was traumatized badly with his past, chan had to be there, to help him, but he didn't know how, he wish he did.

everything started to become harder and harder for the younger australian to deal with. the surprising events at changbin's, the time and everything triggered him in a way no one understood. knowing his grandmother had a little bit of time on earth had triggered him more and the fact that hyunjin finally returned, came like a huge wave.

the older wanted things to go back to the way they used to be. it also has been two-three months since hyunjin's return. chan noticed that with hyunjin returning felix has been getting more anxious and more flashbacks.

the only thing chan wanted was to take all the pain away from the younger.

chan knelt beside his best friend, lifting his hand and holding felix's as he combed his hair. "do you think he's getting worse with hyunjin's return?" seonghwa asked, watching chan.

chan slightly nodded and mumbled, "i think it's because of his return..."

hours have passed, felix was still asleep. chan and seonghwa were talking until chan's phone started blaring. he looked at the screen, softly smiling.

"hi baby, how's it going?" he spoke, "yah! don't sweet talk your way out of this! bring your ass fucking home right this second before i hurt you!" chan chuckles as his boyfriend continued cussing him out.

"babe, it's okay. i'm okay, but felix isn't. he's still sleeping, seonghwa had brought him to his place after seeing him on the bridge." chan explained more as seonghwa went to go check on felix. seeing his chest rise and fall peacefully. he knew felix was suffering badly.

but nevertheless, he didn't want to push him to speak of his feelings. "how is he?" chan spoke from behind seonghwa. "still asleep. i think we should go get him checked at the hospital." chan shook his head, "we can't do that. not against what felix wants. he never does well in hospitals."

seonghwa nodded, "let's call my family's personal doctor to get him checked. no hospitals just like a checkup here." chan quietly sighed, watching his best friend sleeping. "let's do that."

hours passed, felix had gotten checked. he turned out to be okay, just physically drained and needed energy. the doctor gave chan pills for felix to have once a day. two bottles of different medication.

one that'll help with the lack of nutrition and the other was sleeping pills. chan had thanked the doctor, telling him that he'll take care of the australian.

felix stirred awake, groaning as he turned to the side. his stiff body had sat up, stretching as he slightly yawned. opening his eyes and looking at his surroundings, wondering why he was asleep and in seonghwa's place.

"why am i here?" he whispered to himself, without realizing seonghwa and chan speaking in whispered voices at the door, he stood up and checked for his phone. "fuck," he let out, "where's my phone?"

chan's ears perked at felix's voice and immediately snapped his head towards the young aussie. "lix," felix flinched hard, falling to the floor, letting out a grunt. blinking at chan, "w-what are you doing here?" he asked. "why am i here?" he felt tears prick his eyes as he rubbed his wrists, looking at the fresh scars that began bleeding again.

chan rushed over and hugged him, "it's okay lix, i'm here. chan's here. you're safe." felix hugged him back and cried a bit.

"channie, i want to go home. let me go home."

home, a place he really wanted to go. his grandmother's home? no. his father's home? that wasn't the home felix wanted. the home he wanted was being with his mother and sister. he called them home. his father's also apart of the home he wants. but with the four of them together.

a/n: short chapter. but i think it'll do for me not updating for a while. i'm honestly not sure what to do anymore. i feel drained but at the same time i don't. yk?

2023: everything seems in place of the storyline i wanted but i honestly don't know how to feel about the story. i've made some changes in it.
