"McCoy to Enterprise. Come in?" Bones says as the three enter into a cave.

"McCoy to Enterprise." He says again, but no help.

Carolynn on the other hand in barely holding up. She did agree to ignore the pain in her abdomen, but the rest of her body is exhausted beyond belief.

Spock continues to go further into the cave. He has his left hand clutch onto the wound on his abdomen.

"Hey, take it easy there, Spock. That was a temporary fix back there." Bones warns him.

"I understand, Doctor." Spock replies as the three walks further into the cave.

They come across an area which looks something like a shrine. They watch it with curiosity

"Fascinating." Spock comments.

"Ominous. Stark dangerous." Bones says his thoughts our loud, making Spock look at him and Carolynn roll her eyes.

Spock doesn't reply and proceeds towards the shrine. Carolynn follows him. "Come on, Bones." She laughs.

"We're going in." Bones sighs disapprovingly but, follows them regardless.

On entering the place, they see that the ceiling of the cave is decorated with different symbols.

"That is very intriguing. These are the very symbols that are drawn on that artefact. Aren't they?" Carolynn mutters.

"That is correct, Lieutenant." Spock replies.

"You think it came from here?" Bones asks as he continues to look around and inspect the area. Probably looking for threats.

"Probably. Yes." Carolynn says in a low voice. She huffs and grunts; taking the walls support, she sinks to the floor and shuts her eyes in exhaustion.

Bones frowns. He goes over to her and asks if she is okay. To which Carolynn replies, "I don't know, Bones. I don't know how I feel."

After which, she goes back to leaning her head on the wall. Bones sighs in defeat.

Suddenly, Spock too grunts in pain and falls down.

"Damn it, Spock." Bones says and runs towards him to help.

Carolynn opens her eyes, but doesn't attempt to move. Or rather, she can't move.

Location Change :-

Jim, Chekhov and Kalara name their way up a hill as they watch The Enterprise.

"Captain, it looks like there is power." Chekhov says.

"Alright. Let's get to the bridge, we can find the crew." Jim says, breathing heavily.

Very carefully, they make their way into the ship. There are enemy guards all around.

Jim points his phaser towards their back, as Chekhov and Kalara rush towards the ship.

They climb their way into The Enterprise.

Once they are inside the bridge, Jim takes a glance all around. His and his wife's beloved Enterprise is absolutely destroyed.

Jim is then reminded of Carolynn.

Where is she?
Is she okay?
He didn't want to think of all the possibilities, but is she .. alive?
Yes of course she is. She has to be. This couldn't possibly be their forever. It's ridiculous.

His train of thoughts is interrupted by Chekov's, "The console is intact, Captain. I will," the boy turns back at Him and continues, "try to re-route power to it". He crouches down and gets to work.
