A/N: HELLO! I won't lie to you, I completely forgot about this book. My apologies to those who were enjoying it! BUT I have been inspired and so I thought I would write another chapter, just for you guys <3

After being involved with SHIELD for a period, Y/N had become stronger than ever. She trained alongside Inhumans who she matched with her skill. She was no longer a person trying to survive in a destroyed economy but instead was now a war machine. She questioned if it was the correct thing to do- fight for the 'good guys' who didn't seem to be fighting any wars since the blip.

The blue glowing holograms that propelled themselves towards Y/N seemed to be the punching bag for all her unresolved issues. The Avenger's training area was of artificial superiority- the highest technology for the world's best fighters, it was fitting. No wonder they used to be so good: the training course was brutal. Whenever you got hit by the holograms, they flashed red and inflicted the same pain as a taser would. It didn't increase in pain as the levels progressed as that would be a form of torture but instead it stayed at a constant, bruise worthy, pain level. Y/N did this all night, until the morning. She had gotten pretty far considering it was her first time but after receiving multiple zaps in a row, she finally broke and smashed her fist into the emergency 'off' button. A break was needed after that beating and so she sat herself on the floor, where she was standing. The holograms paused in their place; one was red and in the process of breaking into pixels as it had hit her.

She stood up, brushing off her cargo pants and placing her water bottle onto the floor but as she bent back up, the holograms began charging into her unexpectedly. She managed to swat away the first few but due to being caught of guard, the rest began shuddering through her, sending taser sensations all over her body where they hit. In the process of trying to scramble to hit the emergency off button, her eyes landed on Wanda. The woman stood with the same red magic leaving her fingers, a smirk on her face and as she spotted Y/Ns rage, her head tilted. Y/N attempted to slam her hand on the off button but to her surprise, the red magic created a barrier. To not look weak, she didn't yell or scream but instead attempted to width stand the lashing she was receiving, her poker face deceiving her 'tough guy' attitude.

"I've had worse"

She dropped to her knees, sweating like an athlete. As soon as Y/N fell down, Wanda pushed the button and began walking over. "You're not as strong as you think you are"

She reached Y/Ns water bottle, grabbing it and holding it out for Y/N to take from her. Y/N took a moment to look up at Wanda, grunting and breathing heavily as her eyes travelled up the body of the Sokovian woman. She didn't hide her wondering eyes and they lingered on the waist of Wanda before finally looking up at the woman who was so much taller than her now. "Freak" Y/N murmured before grabbing the bottle and dumping the water onto herself, pouring the rest onto Wandas shoes. The disrespect caused Wanda to linger her hand on the button, threatening to start it again.

Y/N followed what she threatened and sunk her head down as she didn't move.

"You really are stubborn, aren't you?"

Wanda received no reply.

"Remember, you're on your knees for me." Wanda spat, walking past Y/N and towards the exit.

"Is this what you get off to?" Y/N called after her, having to get the last word in, laughing to herself but also coughing from the loss of air. Wanda didn't satisfy the entertainment Y/N was getting from this and instead continued out of the room. Y/N stayed there for a while longer before dragging herself towards her room. Although Wanda hadn't caused her any harm she hadn't already experienced from the machine and didn't follow through with her threat, Y/N collapsed in her bathroom, hitting her head off the sink and landing in the shower.

A red man hovered over Y/N as her eyes started to open. He was peering over he with a torch that seemed to be built into his forehead and he spoke with an awful British accent. As soon as Y/N realised, she was awake and able to move, she shot up and attempted to escape.

"Hydra!" She yelled out whilst blurrily shoving past the man who she had yet to realise was floating. She grabbed the knife from the inside of her thigh and slashed the mans shoulder before darting out of the room. "Help!" Y/N screamed out a few times before pleading out a "Please!". She managed to make it out into the hallway where all the doors shot open and the Avengers came flying out of their rooms. Y/N stood with blood gushing from her eyebrow, bruises covering her body and a few old scars and brandings visible on her skin considering in the commotion, her jacket had been used to throw at the man she thought was Hydra. Her tank top showed her past and present, blood covering it. The Avengers stood there, unknowing of what to do as they watched her melt down. "You're okay, Johnson" Steve Rogers spoke, looking at the others. The man came out of Y/Ns room, and she pulled out the gun situated on her waist belt before Tony Stark stepped in.

"Kid! Woah, hey, let's put that down!" He cooed, but Y/N then turned and pointed the gun at his head instead. "You're all Hydra! This is the game, isn't it?!"

"Isn't it!" She screamed before finally Natasha stepped in. "We are the Avengers, this is Vision. He's one of us. You need to get your shit together, right now. Or we will have to disarm you and I don't want to cause you any more distress and embarrassment." She said lowly, slowly walking over to Y/N who had now began lowering her pistol.

"Fuck" Y/N murmured, obviously embarrassed at she looked at all the eyes who were staring at her like a crazy person.

"I'm sorry, I don't know what happened. I just woke up to him..." She started before the British voice cut in. "Y/N Johnson was unresponsive on the floor of her shower, I thought best to treat her there, but she awoke and, I believe, she attempted to murder me." He said, ushering to his shoulder which had now started to spark. Wanda walked over to Vision, taking his hand and guiding him away. She didn't look at Y/N, clearly uncomfortable with the whole situation knowing she most likely caused the breakdown.

"We will patch you up and get you to bed." Natasha spoke before walking into Y/Ns room, ushering the other Avengers to leave them be. "I know what she's going through" she said with a shrug as Tony gave her a frown. They closed the door and Y/N then learnt about the Redroom and Natashas first month at the compound.

A/N: Let me know if you want another chapter so I dont forget about this again! lol
