chapter 13. Bianca

The week seemed to blink in a flash of an eye.
I was pretty swamped at work, Paul had left me more than enough jobs to get on with while he was still away.

Finally I sigh to myself, it's a Friday evening, David had been bathed and was in bed earlier as Sandy is having him tomorrow afternoon for another sleep over, she has a whole day planned for them both.

Pouring a glass if wine from the fridge I lay on the sofa rest my head on the cushions while watching the usually soaps on the TV.

Reaching out to grab my phone from charge, I notice a new message.

Opening my phone, I still. The message is from Ryder.

I have Ryders number! But how?
Of course I think to myself as he was the one who brought back my phone the other night, the cheeky little shit placed his number in my phone.

Ry:- Dont forget my 1st game tomorrow, I want Jade there especially. X

I know what his doing his trying to rile me.

B:- dont worry I'll make sure Jade there watching and cheering you on.

Not even a minute has passed and his replied again.

Ry:- Do I tone a sense of jealousy in that text Bianca?

What is he playing at he never calls me my full name.

B:- nope.

Ry:- I beg to differ, and for the record I couldn't care less who's there cheering me on as long as your there that's all that matters to me. X

Fuck, he knows how to work me.

B:- still so smooth with your words I notice.

Ry:- only for you. X

B:- Goodnight Ryder, I'll see you tomorrow.

Ry:- Night Bee. X

Drifting off to sleep on the sofa, I'm awoken by the sound of little feet tip toeing  towards  my direction.
David comes into my view with his little teddy and lays down beside me, I pull off the blanket from the top of the sofa and wrap it around us falling back to sleep.

The morning sun light beads through the window curtains, waking me up.

David little body, clings tightly around mine as I gentle gliding him off me to the side.

Sending Jade a message to remind her to dress appropriately as we are in the  VIP boxes with other and seated for a pre dinner before the match.

Taking a quick shower before David  wakes up, I rummage through my wardrobe deciding what to wear.
In the end I opt for a formal black dress, fitted around my waist but then flows out at the bottom, with some simple black kittens heals to finish my look.

Grabbing David's bag from off the side  and lifting him into my arms we make our way to next door.

"Hello sweetheart." Sandy opens her arms for David to settle into.

"Thank you again for this. I'll collect him first thing tomorrow. " I kiss his cheek.

"Of course dear, you know its no problem and he is a little treasure. " she snuggles him close.

Going back inside and making sure I've packed my phone and purse into my bag, Jade comes waltzing in.

'Oooh hot mummy. You look good. " She whistles.

"You dont look bad yourself. " I said looking at her with her hair plated to the side, wearing a navy jumpsuit.

As we go to leave, deciding that I would drive so Jade can drink. A text comes through my phone.
