"Jimin, Jungkook, and you too Yeonjun. Now, I know what this is going to look like but you have to promise me to stay fucking calm got that?" Taehyung asked as he stood in his living room, instructing the three others who sat in a row on the couch, making him look like a parents instructing kids.
"Is this about that? Trust me, it can't get any worse." Jimin muttered as the two on his side turned to look at him.
"What? What are we talking about?" Jungkook asked confused, as he was out of the loop as well.
"Why are there so many chairs in here? Wouldn't the dining room be easier?" Yeonjun asked, completely off topic as Taehyung sighed.
"I don't want you three near the kitchen right now. I just got it restocked, and this is more comfortable." The latter responded as the doorbell rang.
"That must be them." Taehyung sighed as the three stared at the male going to the door.
"Who?"
"We have company?"
"Is this an informal meeting?"
"Why are we doing this here? Wouldn't a restaurant be easier?" Jungkook finally asked before a reply came.
"Well because it would be a PR disaster for us to be spotted together." Jennie's voice cut through as the three were too stunned to speak.
"You brought her here?" Jimin asked as Yeonjun stood up in panic, as Taehyung shut the door behind them.
"Taehyung, what the hell is going on?" Jungkook asked as he sighed, letting the rest walk in first.
"Umm, why the hell are we here? Isn't this the apartment of your rival? RIVAL?" Lia asked louder, to emphasise as Rosé and Jennie just sighed, while Ning failed to comprehend what was going on.
"Babe? You knew?" Jimin asked as Yeonjun and Jungkook turned to the male.
"YOU knew?" They asked, dramatically emphasising the 'you', while the confusion was too apparent to settle down.
"Ms. Alinac we should leave now. Wait why are you even inside? Hold on, how did you even know the way here, and why did you let us in? Did you two plan this?" Lia ranted as Taehyung just led them in further to sit.
"What does it look like Lia. Just sit down for a moment will you?" Jennie exasperated as Rosé only smiled at her friend, patting her on the shoulder.
"No? Why are we even here? Your dad will kill us? Oh my god I'm going to be fired! Where am I going to get the free vacations now? Oh shit, if im fired I need a new job! Please don't fire me, I don't wa-"
"Lia, that wasn't a request." Jennie stated firmly, having enough of the girls over imagined turmoils, and finally getting the girl to take a seat along with the semi aware Ning.
"Right so, can everyone shut up for a moment?" Jennie pointedly said to the five unaware adults, as she sat next to Rosé on the surprisingly big arm chair.
They all listened for a moment before Jungkook furrowed his eyebrows.
"Wait why are we listening to her ag-" he began to ponder before being struck by the females pointed glare, choosing his life over his curiosity.
"Okay so now that you've all gotten ahold of yourself, we can finally explain what the hell we're here for, alright?"
Jennie asked, as the group only sent confused glances, but nonetheless calmed down as Taehyung took the lead in explaining."Well firstly, we're overthrowing our parents, basically stealing the company from them because Jennie's mom was murdered by her dad and my parents murdered her grandfather and got associated with multiple crime rings that we don't want to take on." He paused, letting them breathe as they clearly did the opposite.
