Day 3-

I come out of my room in a new gown with my hair up in a pony, a few stray strands hanging.

I was on my way to the dinning hall when I ran into the Avengers also on their way. Then, I realized that Wanda also put on a gown and gasp.

"Wanda, you look so pretty!"

"Thank you, Ruby."

I feel a hand on my shoulder and jump.

"Oh, dear lord." I turn around and smile. "Oh, hey Mischief. You scared me."

"Mischief?" Thor asks. "Can I call you that?"

"Don't even start, Thor. I will not hesitate to attempt to throw your ass out the window. That name is mine." I threaten and everyone snickers, Thor just nodding along.

Loki chuckles and apologizes for scaring me before we all head to our seats. Loki and my dad sit next to me with Frigga on Loki's other side.

He and I hold hands under the table and as far as I can tell, no one has a clue. I could be wrong, though.

"Nat and Wanda are planning on sneak-attacking the children today." I whisper, looking at Loki.

"Why?" He whispers with a chuckle.

"They're the idiotic boys that I was talking about last night."

"Attack away." He nods, making me laugh.

"So, Loki-" Peter starts.

"Are y'all really gonna try and trash talk a god?" I irritatedly ask. "Because I think everyone here is tired of your shit. Excuse my language, my king."

Odin just laughs it off which surprises me, making smile either way.

"No, no." Peter shakes his head.

"We just wanna know, what he plans on doing with you." Pietro explains and I let out a frustrated groan.

"That is not your business. You need to get over it. I don't like you two. I like him. Both are pretty fricken obvious." I say not giving a damn.

The others around me smile and continue eating. I think this is their favorite show.

"Did she not tell you about her visions?" Loki smirks. "I'm sure she has."

They just roll their eyes and scoff like a bunch of pre-teen girls.

Everyone at the table snickers and Loki lifts my hand to kiss the back of it, making me smile. I look over at the boys and see them glaring at Loki like they want to kill him, which they probably do. I just ignore them and we all continue eating.

After breakfast all of us, except for Odin, were walking down the hall. Wanda and Nat were standing next to the boys in the front. I start to get every ones attention so they can watch.

Within a second Nat and Wanda have them pinned to the ground. Wanda has her magic ready in case it is needed and Nat is just cursing them out in Russian. She taught me Russian and she was not holding back right now.

They finish and we all continue walking as if nothing happened, leaving two terribly confused boys to follow.

We were all just walking down the halls talking amongst one another when, of course, my pain comes back, far worse then any other times before. I fall to the ground with tears streaming down my face.

Everyone is trying to see what is happening, asking questions but, I don't listen, I can't even focus on them. The pain is too much. It feels like my skin is being ripped apart layer by layer.

I feel something come out of my back and see everyone that was near, being thrown away from me.

The pain has gone away but I'm still on my hands and knees, breathing heavy. I feel a pair of hands on my shoulder and look up to Loki sitting there so, I engulf him in a hug.

"Hey." He coos. "Hey, Ruby, look."

I look around and see everyone staring at something behind me. I look over my shoulder to see what it is.

Wings. Angel wings. Black angel wings. I let go of Loki and stand up.

I'm not sure of the best way to describe them. They're huge, longer them me, feathery and shiny. I reach my hand out to touch them, smooth and fluffy.

"What the hell?" I whisper to myself. "Dad."

He comes over to me and also reaches his hand out.

"Can I?" He asks and I nod.

"I've got angel wings." I smile surprisingly.

"They're beautiful." Nat breathes.

She comes up and touches them as well. I just let them, being too confused and surprised to say not to. I don't care if they do anyways.

I can feel them touching the wings and it feels really good. Probably what animals feel when you pet there fur. I get it now.

"Can they go back in?" Frigga asks.

"Umm, I'll try." I shrug as everyone backs up.

I'm not sure what I did but after a second, the wings were gone.

"Take them back out."

I do just that and smile widely.

"Holy shit."

"Holy indeed." Dad chuckles.

I start to move them around. I flap them to see what it does then, I start flying.

"Oh my gosh!" I yell.

I'm not far off the ground so I decide to go higher.

"I can't believe it. Why is this happening now?"

"I am not sure. Maybe because you found out your true heritage." Frigga suggests.

I nod and go back down, putting the wings away and just stand there.

"I honestly don't know what to do right now."

They all shrug and shake their heads, meaning that they don't know either.

"Alright, lets just continue on with what we were doing before. Loki, do you want to go to the library now?"

"Yes, of course." He comes up to me.

We start to walk away and I know that the others are still looking.

"Are you alright?" Loki asks.

"I'm fine." I shake my head honestly.

He nods and takes my hand as we walk.
