Morgan's PoV

I sat on the steps, listening at Dad told Daryl about what Carol had done. She had been the one who had burned Karen and David. She'd killed them. Dad wanted me to come so that in case things got out of hand I could calm Daryl down. I had his jacket around me, it got quite drafty in the cell blocks sometimes.

"You couldn't have waited until we got back?" Daryl shouted.

"What, until Tyreese got back?" Dad countered.

"Man, I could've handled that." Daryl told him.

"Hey, Hey. She killed two of our own. She couldn't be here. She's gonna be alright. She has a car, supplies, weapons. She's a survivor."

"Stop say that like you don't believe it!" Daryl said to him, dad nodded slightly and Daryl backed off, "What're we supposed to do about those two little girls?"

Dad sighed, "I told her we'd look after them." Daryl nodded and rest his head on the metal railing, looking down at me. "I haven't told Tyreese yet." Dad continued, "I don't know how he's gonna take it."

Daryl stood back up and walked around to the stairs, "Lets go find out." He held a hand out and helped me up before draping his arm around my shoulders.

The three of us walked into the tombs, looking for Ty. "Tyreese? You down here?" Dad called into the long corridor. Daryl held a flashlight up with gave us a bit more light, the bulbs on the wall not doing much.

"Rick?" We heard, "Is that you?" We started walking down the corridor and the man emerged from the shadows, "You Guys got to see this." He told us.

"Can we take a minuet?" Dad said, "There's something we need to talk to you about."

"It can wait." He replied, "Come on." He walked back the way he had came before dad could argue more. I furrowed my eyebrows and looked up at Daryl with a questioning look, he shrugged his shoulders and we followed after the man.

"Look." Ty said, coming to a stand still, holding up a flashlight. I looked in between the two men in front of me and saw a white rat, seemingly nailed or stapled to a sheet of paper. It's stomach cut and its insides handing out.

"What the hell?" Daryl said, unwrapping his arm and walking forwards.

"I was just look for... answers... and I found this." Ty explained, "The same person that killed Karen and David did this. Remember the rats at the fence? They showed up the same day she was killed. We've got a psychopath living with us."

"Tyreese." Dad cut in.

"We got to find 'em Rick. And I'm not gonna sleep until we do." The man continued.

"Tyreese... whoever did this, I don't think it was the same person that killed Karen and David." Dad told him.

"Why?"

Before dad could respond there was a loud bang. An explosion. The ground shook beneath us and dust fell from above. "Come on." Daryl said, dad grabbed my hand and we all rushed back through the tombs, running through C block and outside.

I spotted my brother and dad and I ran towards him, he, Maggie, Beth, bob and Sasha were hid behind the watchtower by the gate. My dad dropped my hand and pushed me towards the group.

There were a fleet of cars, just outside the fence. And from the glance I got I was quite sure there was a tank as well. "Rick!" We heard a familiar voice, "Come down here! We need to talk!" It was the Governor. He was back. He was also stood on the tank.
