Chapter 8

We ended our meal in silence. Tinawag na rin kami ni lolo pagkatapos. Dalawang SUV ang gagamitin namin. One for us and one for the bodyguards and maids.Naupo ako sa pinaka dulo ng van . Minding my own business. May isang pang van na nakasunod sa amin.

I open my laptop. I already download the video i will watch to kill the boredom of this ride. Sana nag helicopter nalang kami para mabilis. Hindi naman ako maka tanggi. Lolo want to ride this van that my lola's gift before she died. We rarely use this kase dahil sa hindi na ito latest at may kalumaan.

Andy recommended this movie. Sabi niya maganda daw ang plot twist. Saktong sakto daw sa buhay ko. Marami rin kalaban and about sa mafia. Maybe i can learn about this movie how to escape in some bad guys when im getting to abduct.

I put my headphone and focus on the screen. I almost scream when i watched the intense part of it. The hot scene of those leads. I bit my lip to surpass my nervousness. My eyes get bigger when the scene was in the spg part.

Nanginginig na sinara ko ang laptop ko at tumingin sa unahan. Ngayon ko lang napansin na nakatingin sila sa akin.

"You okay,Loren?" my lolo asked.

I nodded off " Y-yeah,of course"

"You look tense. Pinag papawisan ka din" panunuri pa nito.

Napaubo ako at nag aalinlangan na tumingin sa aircon ng sasakyan " masyado lang pong mainit dito sa likod"

" You can seat here beside me" he patted the seat next to him. I immediately shake my head.

" No, im good here. For r-real" i stammered.

He just gave me a weird look before turning his head . I sighed in relief. I gonna kill that dirty woman. She recommended this shitty movie that has a lot of sex scenes. My ghad! I just see some intense scene that i shouldn't be seen. If my grandpa knows this he will get angry.

I put my laptop in my bag. This is not a good movie to watch. I just held my small pillow. I closed my eyes and slept.

I robbed my eyes when i woke up. Were still in the middle of the road. I silently rolled my eyes in annoyance.

"Malayo pa ba tayo,lo?"

"We're almost there. Nasa bayan na tayo. We will get there in ten minutes."

"Goodness. My ass is aching for a long ride." I complaint.

Tumingin ako sa bintana. Mangilan na bahay nalang ang nakikita ko. Marami pa rin puno pero mukhang sibilisado naman na rin ang lugar na ito. Marami rin batang naglalaro sa kalsada which is hindi ko inexpect. Hello? Where living in technological century. And rare nalang sa mga bata ang mag laro sa labas with their friends. Or it is just in manila where kids are addicted to their gadgets and have no time in playing games outside their house.

Ilang saglit lang ay huminto na rin ang sasakyan namin. Ako ang huling lumabas sa amin. Muntik pa ko matumba ng tumayo ko sa pangangalay.

There are a lot of trees as I expected. The not-so-modern house in front of me caught my attention. It's so simple yet elegant. I like the style even though it's not like the modern house's that I used to see in manila. Buildings and towers.

Sumunod ako kay lolo nang lumakad ito. Namamangha pa rin ako sa labas nito. How about pa kaya sa loob. May ibang tauhan si lolo na sumalubong sa amin. Napanganga ako ng makita ko ang isang kabayo na dala ng isang matandang lalaki. Nang makita kami nito kumaway ito.

Ngumiti lang si lolo saka kami deretso na pumasok sa loob.

"Wow. How come I don't know that this place is superb."

"How  would you know e, you always reject my request. Your grandmother was the one who designed this house. I let her do whatever she wants because it's my anniversary gift to her."

Hindi ako nakapagsalita. Ang bobita ko rin kase bat ayaw na ayaw ko pumunta dito kahit nakailang pilit na si lolo.

Umiba ako ng daan. Gusto ko pa ma explore itong rest house namin. Ang ganda ganda namiss ko tuloy si lola.

I ended up in the edge of this house. Deretso lang ako naglakad. I pushed the sliding door. At first ang sakit sa mata dahil sa init pero nang maka adjust ako hindi ko mapigilan na di mapangiti.

It's a secret garden that made of glass. You can open the roof part if you want. Nakita ko lang ito sa mga drawing ni lola. Hindi ko alam na totohanin pala niya. Naglakad ako sa rose section. May iba na wala pang bulaklak at may ilan na meron na. Ang sarap sarap sa mata. Ang shiny nila sa tuwing nasisinagan ng araw. It can be transparent and opaque for privacy.

Hindi naman pala magiging boring ang stay dito. Ipapakita ko rin ito kay Andy. May dapat naman talagang ipagmayabang and this place is haven.

Nang mapagod nako sa katitingin napag pasyahan ko na lumabas. Malapit na gumabi and kailangan ko na maglinis ng katawan. Ang lagkit sa pakiramdam.

Nagsisisi rin ako sa layo ng kailangan ko pa lakarin para marating ang room ko. Buti nalang mabilis ako mag memorize ng direction kundi maliligaw rin ako sa laki nito at sa dami ng pasikot sikot.

Naligo lang ako ng mabilis dahil inaantok nako. I have a lot of time pa naman to explore this place. Bukas nalang rin ako mag kwento kay Andy. As soon as i lay on bed napapikit agad ako at inantok.
