Zhan's POV
"Why do you have to come back Yibo? Don't you know it'll just make things harder? Would you even accept the twins? Our bundle of joy ?"
The thought of Yibo makes it harder for me to hold back my tears as I keep on working on my designs. True, I haven't moved on from him, it's because of the twins. Honestly, I don't know how to tell them or Yibo about the real deal. What would be the reality in hell? After all, Yibo left us without anything or knowing the twins, plus now he has a fiancé, it's a clear line that Yibo won't accept them.
"Gosh..."
It wasn't long before tears run down my face. How am I lucky to have an office to myself due to my work schedules, plus it's on the far corner of the floor covered so no one would able to see the inside. This way they'll never see me cry, which brings me a relief feeling. Though I can't help about Chuyue, he's an observant guy, he even found out about the twins after seeing them picking me up that day. It wouldn't take long for either of them to find out the truth.
"What am I supposed to do....?"
Knock!
Knock!
Knock!
"Y-yes? Who is it ?"
A sudden knocking snapped me out of my tears. 'what a bad timing.' I thought as I quickly wipe off my face. Can't let them see me looking unprofessional like this.
"May I come in ?" the voice said from the door.
"Yes"
'Can't I take a break, at least for my sanity ?' Take a guess why am I thinking like this. I mean how can I not when Wang Hai Kuan, the previous CEO but also Yibo's older brother, is here in my office.
"Good morning Mr. Sean, I'm here to discuss the remaining graphic design for the Grand Lotus Evergreen Project ?" he said, flashing that smile I saw during the introduction meeting.
"Right this way, please have a seat, Sir Wang." I brushed off all the thoughts, 'focus Zhan.'
"Alright Sir Wang, my apologies for the inconvenience, may I know which Grand Lotus project ?" I asked as we both sat on the sofa beside my table.
"The Grand Lotus Evergreen Project, requested by the Jiang Family," he said as he took out a folder.
"Ah the one from the Jiang Family, alright please have a moment, I'll go fetch the file needed." I went to my desk and took out a big folder containing the project.
"Alright Sir Wang, where do we begin ?" I asked as we start to discuss the project.

Yibo's POV
Ting~
My face went stoic the moment the elevator tings. With my hands in my pocket, I stepped into the Graphic Design Department. After a quick scan, there my brother wasn't on the spot. 'Did Yang misheard Ge's words? He's not here.' I thought as I walked to the nearest desk, one that's occupied by the working staff.
"Excuse me." I calmly approach the table.
"Yes, Mr. Wang!" the worker suddenly yelped when he realized I was the one calling him.
Not even a second, the whole floor went silent. 'gosh, am I that scary? I just went stoic that's all.' I thought while sighing.
"Anyone seen Sir Wang Hai Kuan ?" I said as my voice got deeper.
"H-he's at Sean's office."
"Which office ?"
"T-the furthest corner."
"Thank you."
Gosh, that was awkward. Was I that scary? Just what did my family describe me as till they all become so frightened by me. 'this is annoying.' True, it's so damn annoying, why can't they just be like Yang or Zhan, they're not afraid of me. My face went grim as I knocked on the door.
After a few knocks, still no response. 'must be an important project.' I thought as I opened the door. Boy, am I shocked or what. I mean, Yang clearly said that this project didn't have anything to do with foreign clients, so 'why the hell is Ge discussing it with Zhan ?!'
"Ahem"
"Yi- Mr. Wang, my apologies I missed your knocking," Zhan said, his expression changed in a mare of seconds.
'I could've sworn I saw that glimmering shine on his eyes.' Guess, Yang was right, Zhan hasn't moved on from me. 'can't mess up this time!' I build up my courage for my next speech but stopped abruptly when I saw Ge's eyes. 'once again forgetting my first intention. damn my brain. '
"Yibo, what brings you here ?" Ge calmly asked, but we both know that look in his eyes. It's full of sadness and guilt.
"Need a word. Also, it's no worries, Sean." I said, didn't even spare a glance at Zhan. But I could feel him flinch. I know why he's called Sean Xiao, because Sean means Zhan in Chinese, so calling him Sean it's like Zhan.
"Ah, alright, I'll be on your floor after this meeting." Ge must've got the idea, his eyes went darker. My, Yang knows us well, Ge's state is the same as what she said last time.
"Can't wait." Okay, I may look impatient, but I can't wait. Because after this, if both me and Ge made up, I have to tell him something.
"Sir Wang, if you may, we could continue the meeting at a later date." Zhan offered while avoiding my gaze. Guess I should call him Sean from now on, to see if my thoughts are correct.
"If it's not troubling you, then alright. We shall continue it tomorrow morning. Thank you for your time, Mr. Xiao." Ge said after checking the nearby calendar on Zhan's table.
"The pleasure is mine. Have a good day Mr. Wang, Sir Wang."
Zhan escorted us out of the office to the elevator, but he did avoid my gaze along the way. This is going to be harder than I thought. Let's just hope that after our 'talk', Ge would hear me out.

"Let's just go to the office first, I don't want it to be the same as before."
I may sound cold, but I can't keep my cool outside my office. Plus, I know Ge won't be good, as he's been holding as much as I am. I could see it since he saw me at Zhan's office.
"You're back. I'll be out then, call me when you're finished." Yang said the minute we entered my office. As she head out I could hear her giving thumbs up. She does give hope to us for the best. Then after the door shuts, we begin the talk.
"If you may, I'll start."

Hey guys!!! How are you feeling ?? Sorry for the last chapter, I couldn't make it a triple update. Please have a nice reading with this new chapter.
Also, I have an upcoming event for a few days that I couldn't avoid even in with me being sick. So I decided to clear up this chap's draft and make an update today. Though this might make me end up not updating until the next schedule. But don't worry, I'll try to finish up this event as soon as possible so I could work on the next chapter immediately after some rest.
As it's passed my bedtime today, and I'm rather sleepy. I'll be off now, thanks for the comments and reads from the passed chapters. I really appreciate it, as it helps and motivates me to continue this book.
