Third Person POV
Yuchen watches Zhou Cheng aimlessly punching Yibo while crying silently. It's still too much for him to witness all of this. It will always remain that way, no matter what. Even though, for five years, Yibo had left Zhan and broke their promises. As long as he has an explanation, it's enough. Time may heal all the wounds created. Because to them, it's not a simple friendship, but more. They're already like a family to each other.
"Cheng, enough," Yuchen said, holding Zhou Cheng by the shoulders.
"No! He left Zhan! He left us! He must feel the same fate! We all suffered because of him!" Zhou Cheng yelled instead of listening to Yuchen.
"Zhou Cheng enough!" Yuchen yanked Zhou Cheng from Yibo.
"Why are you stopping me?! Don't you hate him for leaving us?!" Zhou Cheng shouts. He's furious and heartbroken about all of this.
"I hate him! He left us! It's a betrayal!" Yuchen yelled back as he helped Yibo stands.
"So why?!" Zhou Cheng breaks down.
"He had a reason, Cheng! Yibo had a reason! He's protecting Zhan! And Zhan doesn't know about it!" Yuchen tries to reason out while calming his mind.
"Then he should've just told Zhan! or us! Then none of this would've happened!" Zhou Cheng barks in. He won't back down.
"Think about Yibo, Cheng! Do you think Yibo had a choice? Does it seem like Yibo had time to think about all this? He doesn't!!" That's it, Yuchen snapped.
"Yes, he does! There were choices! Yibo could've contacted us! or asked his brother for help! But he didn't! He just booked the earliest day for Zhan to meet Zoey, then leave!" Zhou Cheng snapped back.
"Use your brain, Cheng! Didn't you hear his explanations? His family is higher than the Jins or the Jiangs! Only the Seans are capable of shutting them, but they're gone! Zhan is the sole without anything! With just us, it's nothing to the Wangs!" Yuchen said. He's running out of patients.
"So what?! We could leave or plan things out! We could've done many if he just came to us! Zhan was the target, not us! We just have to protect him as we fight the Wangs!" Both are running patients.
"No, we can't! There won't be enough time! Before we even planned things, the Wangs would've destroyed us already! Think, Zhou Cheng! Think! What can a mare college student and their family do against the most powerful family in the country? Nothing! Yibo here took all the blame! He saved Zhan despite having him suffer from the loss! Yibo is still able to save him! Now, as an adult, he's trying to win Zhan back! With him controlling the Wang Corp, he could easily shut his family! He's the only heir!" Yuchen barks as he punches Zhou Cheng.
"Jin Yuchen!"
"Jiang Zhou Cheng!"
"ARGH!!" A sudden voice yelled.
"Z-Zha-"
"NO! STOP IT! DON'T LEAVE ME! YOU PROMISED!"
The sudden voice was coming from Zhan's bed. Zhan's screaming nonstop as if he's experiencing a nightmare. Yuchen and Zhou Cheng stopped the fight as soon as Yibo yelled.
"Zhan!" Yibo hugged Zhan as gently as possible.
"ARGH!!!!" Zhan screams as he trashes in his sleep. Even after Yibo hugs him, Zhan won't calm down or wake up. Zhan is stuck in his nightmare.
"Zhan, wake up!" Zhou Cheng tried to wake him up but got punched instead.
"Cheng!" Yuchen rushes back to Zhou Cheng, leaving Yibo to Zhan.
"Zhan, calm down... Please... I'm here..." Yibo gently whispers reassurance as he hugs Zhan tighter. He didn't mind being punched here and there as long as Zhan could calm down.
Seeing Zhou Cheng and Yuchen struggling, Yibo continues to speak slowly to Zhan. At the same time, he mouthed the two to hurry and get Zoey back in the room.
'Zoey!' Yibo mouthed to Yuchen as he quickly called for Zoey and Zhou Cheng called his sister.
BRACK!!!
"Zhan! Yibo!" Zoey yelled as she rushed to the room with the nurses and Li Yang. "Prepare the injection!" She ordered the nurses.
"NO!! No! No..." Zhan's voice died out as Zoey injected his arm. While Yibo never stops whispering sweet things.
Soon Zhan's body relaxed in Yibo's arms. Yibo let Zhan go for Zoey to examine him. As Zoey examines Zhan, some nurses patch up Zhou Cheng and Yibo. While Yuchen waited outside for Xuan Lu and the kids. After a while, Zoey dismissed the nurses and took Yuchen back inside. Making them all sit except for Li Yang.
"Li Yang, you come here," Zoey commands in a cold tune that sends shivers to everyone. Especially Li Yang, as she quietly followed.
"Yuchen, when does Xuan Lu arrive?" Zoey asked.
"In a few minutes with the kids," Yuchen said, not realizing what he blurted out.
"Kids? What do you mean, kids?" Yibo spoke up.
"Shut up!" Zoey barks.
True to his words, Xuan Lu did arrive long after with the Jin Ling and the twins. At the sight of Yin and Yan, Yibo froze in his seat. His focus broke as he caught Yan's face.
'he looks just like me!' Yibo couldn't believe his eyes.
"Daddy!" Yin and Yan cry as they run toward Zhan's sleeping figure. In comparison, Jin Ling clings to Xuan Lu.
"Kids, daddy Zhan is alright, just a little tired. That's why he's asleep." Zoey calmly gestures to the others to stay while she explains to the kids.
"W-will daddy be alright?" This time, Yin asked.
"Of course, but daddy Zhan needs to rest. So, he will wake up tomorrow." Zoey crouches as she reassures the twins.
"Let's pray for daddy Zhan, alright?" Xuan Lu said as she walked over. The kids just nodded. Now they're all sitting by the couch. And after some tissues, the kids calmed down from the crying.
"Aunt Lu," Yan and Yin called.
"Who are they?"
"Why does he have the same face as A Yan?"

But then again, this author forgot.
Forgot that she made Zhan unconscious, and now he's sick and resting in the hospital.
