"Bye Susheela ji! I love you!", Pramod said sweetly. Garima and Ritu giggled around Susheela but she just rolled her eyes.

"Bye Pramod, dhyan se aana.", It was Susheela's way of saying 'I care about you and you better come back to me' in a simple way.

Pramod kept the phone and turned towards his bestfriend, "She cares for me!", Pramod yelled in his bestfriends face.

"I wish I could kill you!", Lily said and went on to stomp on his feet but he drew his feet back in time and she ended up hitting her feet on the table. Lily cursed loudly and banged her face on the table.

"I hate my life!", Her voice came out muffled.

"But I don't!", Pramod said sighing happily. Life was good.

It was around night time when everybody were done gossiping around. The youngsters were done having their dinner and were retreating towards their respective rooms. The elders were already inside their rooms, fast asleep. Susheela and Garima were in their room talking about what they were going to wear and how much fun these two weeks are going to be for them. Susheela too was feeling light and stress-free. The whole day she had enjoyed a lot. She made a new friend, Shekhar and heard a lot of interesting things about Pramod.

Shekhar was Pramod and Lily's childhood bestfriend. The three had practically grown up together. They met Rohan in London when they were students in the top medical college. Rohan, Shekhar, Lily and Pramod had hit it off quickly. They were practically inseparable and Susheela knew all about it. Her brother made sure to tell her each and every minute detail about his adventures, his fun memories with his friends and the amazing time he spent with them.

"Susheela kal bohot maza aayega na jab hum sab milkar masti karenge?", Garima was sleeping on her stomach, her sister beside her in the same position. Puttu on the other hand had wandered off to his parents' room as they were fighting and needed their son's support to fight and argue some more.

"Haa bohot maza aayega.", Susheela's fun and light mood suddenly turned into a dull one. From tomorrow all her tensions are going to rise up and come at her with full force.

"Chal ab so jaate hai. Bohot raat ho gayi hai na? Aur tujhe toh sabse pehle uthna chahiye, kal tere wo jo aa rahe hai.", Garima teased and turned off the lights in their room. Susheela hummed but her attention was somewhere else.

"Garima sunna, mujhe neend nahi aa rahi hai. Main thoda garden area main hu, thoda chal lungi toh neend acchi aayegi.", Susheela informed her sister and headed out of the room.

"Aree rukh, accha chod. Jaldi aa jaana!", Garima called out from behind her sister but she was already out of the room.

Susheela walked down the long hallways and down the spiral posh staircases. She didn't want to take the lift, she wanted time to herself, to think and to process certain things in her mind. Susheela was walking aimlessly, her mind continuously drifting towards her work pressure. Just when her personal life had started to get back on track, somewhat in a better position, her professional life kicked her hard in her guts.

Susheela sighed and went out of the resort and towards the huge beautifully crafted garden. The garden looked breathtaking at night. The moon was shining brightly, the stars shimmered in the night sky, the hills and mountains surrounding the whole resort were peacefully resting in their places and the soft 'hush' of the trees rustled around the whole area. The garden was filled with big-big trees and beautiful flower beds.

Right from Tulips, Lilies, Roses and Bougainville flowers to Mogra (Arabian Jasmine), Daffodils, Bird of Paradise and many other beautiful exotic flowers were planted all over the place, scented the entire area with its aromatic scent. There was a large marble pond that had Gold fishes and colorful Koi fishes in it and a sculptured fountain of a child and a woman stood tall in the middle of the pond, spurting out water from their wrists and eyes. The sculpture looked creepy at night but to Susheela it depicted her situation. As the sculpture was bleeding (spurting water) from its wrist and eyes, Susheela's heart too bleeding uncontrollably since years now. She was happy in this moment, she really was. But there was still a tiny flicker of pain that still lingered in her heart, reminding her of all the things that have happened with her.
