I walked into my house, the wood floors were scratched up.

A seven foot clown loomed above me and starred as my fear melted away slowly, I've been through more then this.

I pushed on past him, my fear Changing into a pure and relaxing state.

"Eh, toots how come your fear vanished away like that?" The clowns voice remained sinister.

"The fear never left, although I did change, change into a feeling pure and kind..the same way I feel about each and every one of my patients."

I smiled, for the first time in forever my words were honest and not full of shit.

I walked past the clown.
