""Son?!" Mrs. Castello called out looking surprised.

"Mom." Enzo Castello respond while striding inside the room and the door closed behind him.

"What are you doing here?" Lexi asked while calming down her racing heart.

Thea's words and actions had startled her enough and now her son's entry shook her to the core. She hadn't told anyone about her meeting with Thea and had come secretly but her plan failed.

Thea is not the innocent child which she has think of and she cannot coax her with her sweets words neither emotionally back-mail her.

'How could she give birth to such an ungrateful daughter? Refusing to acknowledge her own blood!' Lexi gritted her teeth as those thoughts passes her mind.

"Just passing by." Enzo said looking irritated and his sharp gaze fall on Thea.

"It's been a while little sister!" He halted near Thea and looked at her with his securitizing eyes.

"Who are you calling sister? I am not your sister." Thea respond with a harsh glare and her nostrils flare in anger.

"Thea! How can you talk to your brother like that? Apologize!" Lexi's temper flare up as soon as her son gets scolded.

She has never scolded her good son since she has given birth to him and now a measly child is scolding her son, how can she not get angry?  Moreover, her son is the sole heir of the Castello empire and nobody can speak rudely to him even if that person is his blood related sister.

Also, if Enzo's get angry then nothing can cool him down and Thea will have to bear the consequences. If it were another day then she wouldn't stop the little brat from making trouble but not now, she needs this little pawn to end the game she had started.

She had sacrificed one year of her precious life in the hell to look forward to this day and nothing can stop her from wining the game. She had overcome every obstacles which had almost cost her her life and now her own daughter cannot be a threat to her.

"I'm not here to apologize. Moreover, why are you acting stupid and telling me to recognize you when you were the one who didn't want me in the first place?" Thea shouted making her words loud and clear.

"And you better keep up with your words. You have a week time." Thea stated looking straight at Lexi and not wanting to waste her time with the idiotic bitch, she turned around to walk out.

"Stop!" Lexi screamed looking anxious. 

She cannot let Thea left just like that. She has to do something. Speak something. She searched for some words to say which could stop her and finally settle down on the words which might shake Thea.

 "Thea! Let me tell you the truth. Listen to me carefully. You are not rosewood. You are Castello." Lexi emphasized on Castello with a prideful look.

""Boring? Anything new." Thea turned around and asked with a raised brow.

"Damien Castello is your father. He is looking forward to your arrival. We have waited 19 years to get you back and now we can finally meet you. Look your brother is also here." Lexi wiped the nonexistence tear and gave a heart-warming smile to Thea.

"Oh. Really!" Thea laughed looking excited.

"O-Ofcourse. Let us take you home." Lexi sigh in relief and walk towards Thea.

"Come, your father is waiting for you." Lexi grabbed Thea's arm and was rejoicing while thinking of how to get close to her but the next second she was shove to the side.

"Mrs. Castello you seemed to forget that I'm here to get that necklace not unite with some strange old man. And I have to say thank you for abandoning me in the rosewood mansion otherwise I would have to grow in the wolf den looking out for a danger each second. Also, getting safe from the blood relatives." Thea spoke with so much hatred that Lexi couldn't refute her.

"And you know what, I despise the blood running in my veins. If I have power then I would never choose to get born from your womb. You are one hell of a disgusting woman, Mrs. Lexi Castello. So, don't think of using family ties to bind me to you selfish bastards."  Thea continued not hiding the disgust she felt for her blood relatives.

"Also, the world recognize me as Thea Rosewood, the daughter of a deceased maid and Sebastian Rosewood, the man who didn't get disgusted with the enemies child and gave his family name to her." Thea said in a respectful tone feeling sorry for the person to whom she had call dad since she had started talking.

He is her dad and her only family except Obrse. 

"Thea! That ruthless man had taken you in just to get revenge on me. Look how estrange you have become from your real family. If you know that he is not your father then you must also that he was about to kill me if I were not to fled away that night after giving birth to you." Lexi retorted with deep resentment.

"Kill you?" Thea scoffed with a shake of her head.

"What do you think a man would do if a spy enter his house and tried to seduce him? Also, blackmail him to kill the child which was not his at the first place. Say, if a maid cling to your husband and seduce him to extract the information then will you spare her?" Thea asked getting to the exact point.

"No right. You will torture her and give her a brutal death so my dad is right to kill you on the spot." She emphasized on my dad drawing clear line between Castello and her.

Silence prevails in the surrounding and Thea felt satisfied after speaking her heart out. She do not want to be Castello and want nothing to do with them.

"Clap."

"Clap. Clap." Clapping sound resonated replacing the silent atmosphere and the gentleman who was an onlooker open his mouth to speak.

"Congratulation sister. Amborse Bianchi." Enzo paused to take in Thea's reaction and continued after seeing her pale face.

"Oops my mistake. Ambrose Rosewood would be delighted to see you defending his father." He smirk looking cool yet the scar made him hideous.

"What are you trying to say?" Thea asked with a murderous look after calming down her racing heart.

"It's simple. If you become Thea Castello then you can freely continue your forbidden romance. The choice is yours." Enzo dropped the huge bomb with a sly smirk plastered on his face.
