"This is where most of the pilots like to congregate. We'll start our search here." Leon said. "Is this a bar? My children are not going into a bar." Mom exclaimed. I sighed in frustration. 'I wish Trellis was here.' I thought. "It's not a bar, mom. It's a drinking hole." Navin told mom but she didn't listen. "You're not going in there." She replied. "Fine. Navin can stay out here with you, but Emily and Y/n comes with me." Leon said." Cogsley, watch over them" I said and he nodded. Emily and Leon walked in side first. "Y/n!" Mom said. "It's okay, mom." I replied amd walked in. My breathing hitched and I was not good with crouds. At all.

"So what kind of pilot are we looking for?" Emily asked Leon. Miskit stood beside me and I shivered. "Anyone willing to take the job. It won't be easy." Leon said and asked a few people. Emily took my hand and I shivered again. "Y/n? You alright?" Emily asked. "Y-yeah. Just not good with crouds. Remember." I replied and she nodded. She lead me to where Leon was. "What abput you? Do you believe it exists?" Leon asked. "What I choose to believe is none of your business." A old cat said to Leon. "Enzo has seen the flying city." Another cat said. "Rico!!" I covered my ears and Emily patted my back.

"Can you not shut up?!" The cat named Enzo shouted. "But it's true!" The other cat named Rico said. "He talks about it all the time." I sighed and Emily smiled. "Crazy old Enzo! Seeing ghosts, too I reckon!" A crazy old man shouted. "Shut up, Francie! Or I'll bust your lip!" Enzo threatened. "Join us and we can find Cielis together." Leon said to Enzo. "I haven't been able to find the flying city in ten years of searching! What makes you think you'll fare any better?" Enzo asked. I placed a book on the table and opened it. "We have a map. It's incomplete but we think it can lead us to the city's location." I explained to Enzo. "These are the notes of Silas Charnon. He was a stonekeeper and former member of the guardian council. He died before he completed his guide." Leon explained.

"Hmm." He said. "It says here that without a stonekeeper, you won't gain passage to the city." I said. "Seeing as your friend is dead, this book is now useless." Enzo said. "Y/n and I can guide us." Emily said. "You? Who are you?" Enzo asked. "We're Silas's great grandchildren. We've taken his place as stonekeeper's." Emily replied. "Hmm." Enzo replys. "The fate of Alledia rests on their shoulders and I must get them to Cielis at all cost. I will give my life to complete this mission." Leon said. "Look, you're asking the wrong cat. I have other clients waiting." Enzo said. I knew he was lying to us. "I know you're lying. You barely have clients. You just don't want to believe in us." I said and he looked at me annoyed.

"Please captain." Emily begged. "Sorry kids. It looks like you're in over your head, and I can't help you." Enzo replied looking away. We heard a slam and we turned around to see elf guards. "Great..." I mumbled and I put my hood over my head. Emily did the same and we sat down. "Nobody move! We are here to search the premises on orders from the elf king!" One of the guards said, loudly. "We are looking for these two fugitives." The guard said. "Harbor them and you will be executed." He said and I growled. Someone shouted out and the guard pointed his sword at them. "Hey you. Turn and face me." The other guard ordered Emily. She glanced at me and I shook my head. "Did you not hear me? I said-" The guard was cut off by ither guards. I glanced to the side and saw Trellis and Lugar. "We found them! We found them hiding in the back alley, asleep." The guard said.

Trellis looked down but to the side and I waved my hand at the side of me. He was surprised but gave me a very small smile that nobody can see. "Prince Trellis, I know you have always had a rebellious nature. But what have you done to deserve this? What act of treason compels your father to have us kill you? What have you done?" The guard asked him. I felt sorry for Trellis for what he's been through. "It's simple. He's not my father." Trellis said and activated his amulet. "You're king is dead!" He said and attacked the guard. Then other guard shot Trellis and he was in pain. "You're fathet's instructions were to bring you dead or alive. So don't make me choose to bring you to him in pieces." The gurad said and I looked at Trellis. He had his eyes closed, tightly and was in pain.
