Twenty-two

Savy's Pov

Chance lead the way to the nearest street foods vendor. As I follow him, I keep on thinking how to escape to secure my money for tomorrow. Oh God! This guy made this difficult to me, how can I escape if he keeps on looking back at me to check if I'm following him towards the vendor whom he told me that it's his favorite. This certain vendor is worth it to buy for, because the quality and the taste of his street foods is unforgettable, he says.

"Hi couple! What do you want? Just choose." the vendor greeted us happily but I made a face.

Chance just laugh.

"Hello sir, we're not a couple." I smiled but want to slap Chance in the face, hard and rough! Ugh! This guy started to piss me off.

"That's why I like to buy here sir, because you are a good guesser. Just one look and you knew that we're couple, you're so smart." Chance said and laughed again.

This time I slap his shoulder hard and rolled my eyes.

"I won't treat you, I'm going home." then I walk away.

"Hey! I'm just joking." he followed me and drag me back to the vendor.

He's still laughing. What's so funny? He just answered my Statistics and got perfect but that doesn't mean I'll treat him if he'll be like this, laughing like an idiot.

I ignore him, I get a stick on the stick stand and started choosing a street food I wanna eat. Yeah, I WANNA EAT, as if I'll treat this jerk, hell would freeze first.

The rounded orange caught my attention.

"How much is this?" I pointed the orange circle.

"Ahh, that's 10 pesos each. You can call it kwek-kwek."

"Okay, I'll buy one."

I put it on my stick and take a bite. Hm.. it's good.

"Only one? How about me Sav?"

"You buy yours and I'll buy mine. I didn't promised to treat you after all."

"You're bad, you didn't promised but you agreed." he pouted.

He's cute but I don't like childish, what he act is being a childish.

I ignore him and continued eating, when I finished it, I started to look another kinds of street foods. I'm not ignorant at street foods, I knew them because this kind of food is famous in this school. It's odd, because in this vendor it's just the two of us buy but on the other street foods vendors is crowded.

The next I tried is fishball and kikiam, they are all good. They passed on my taste.

When I was about to pick one isaw I saw Chance is just looking at me on my side while I'm eating. The vendor is quite too. The air suddenly became akward.

I turn to look at Chance and give him one stick.

"Why won't you eat? This are all taste good, come on join me."

When he didn't move to choose, I get back the stick I gave to him and put three pieces of fishballs then give back to him.

"Just this three fishballs, this is already my treat, hm.." I even force a smile, but deep inside I wanna laughed hard. His reaction when I give the fishball to him is priceless.

"You're being stingy." he pout and snatch the stick from my hand and put the three fishballs on his mouth.

I just shrugged and continued to choose anything I want to eat. But even though all of the street foods taste goods, the kwek-kwek is above them all. I like kwek-kwek very much. I already ate ten pieces of it, I noticed Chance is also eating kwek-kwek even though I already told him that my only treat for him are those three fishballs only. Godss! How will I pay all of what we eat? I only have three hundred on my wallet. Phew!

"That's enough, this is mine already." I speak up when I saw that there's only three kwek-kwek left.

I am still chewing one of it so my voice is kinda muffled. He's still chewing too.

"Nope, that's unfair." he said.

I chewed fast and then skewered one kwek-kwek and shove inside my mouth. Chance did that too, there's only one left!

I was about to skewer it when Chance did too.

"I got it first, this is already mine." he said.

"You wish." I smirked and pulled his hand away form it and skewer it fast. I raise the skewered kwek-kwek as if teasing him that I got the last one. I was about to bite it when he grab my hand and pull it towards his mouth. I didn't give up, I pull my hands towards on my mouth too.

He grinned.

And since he's a guy, he have more strength than me but I didn't gave up. To make this end, even if the kwek-kwek is just in front of our faces, only inches left in between us I tried to trick him.

"Look, your friends are walking towards here." he look on his back.

I get that opportunity and bite it in a snapp but what he did almost made me shout. He face me suddenly and bite it too. The f-ck?!

Guess what just happened?

The vendor look away and whistles.

I still didn't recover from shock, and he get that chance to devour the whole kwek-kwek. He even get the kwek-kwek inside my mouth using his mouth and tongue. What the h-ck?! Imagine what he did? He seems expert on kissing. Sh1tness overload!!

I just recovered when he let go and grin.

"See? I got the last one." he said.

"What the f-ck did you do Chance!" I shouted and wipe my mouth with my hanky.

"You're not naive anymore, I know you knew what I did. You can't fool me too because my friend didn't go to school today, they told me that they have something important to do."

"You're so..." I run out of words, what he did keeps on playing on my head. I feel the heat raise on my cheeks, I look at the vendor and saw him smiling like a teenager got a news that his crush, crush him back.

I know I am blushing right now.

"You're so unbelievable!" I shouted and throw the stick somewhere and walk away.

Some students might saw what he did, I'm embarrassed of what he did. H-ll! How could he have that confidence to french kiss me in public!

I am meters away from that street foods vendors when someone drag me AGAIN! And of course who else? It's Chance the theft, this is the second time he kiss me in a sudden. I'm mad at him, I'm mad at myself too because if I really feel disgusted, I shouldn't let him do what he did.

"Where are you taking me?!"

"Don't worry, we're still in Earth."

He opened the door on the passenger seat on his Mercedes Benz AMG and push me in.

His car brand is BMW M4 that time, when he first stole a kiss from me. And now it's different, this guy is extremely rich. I am aware that Vroesca is known in business industry and her mother is a known Architect, and his grandparents on his mother side owns multiple Universities in the world. I felt small whenever I think of his lifestyle. I'm still wondering, why me? Why he likes me?
