Percy P.O.V
It was the next morning, great another day of school, but Scott said that the lacrosse tryouts would be tomorrow and recommended for me, Frank, Jason and Leo to tryout, Mostly because we can keep up the supernatural/mythological talk, but also because he thinks we would be good at it. I told the guys about it via iris messages earlier last night and they agreed. And Leo gave me an update on my trident. He told me it should be ready by tomorrow, I'm really eager to test it out! He will have to give it to me at lacrosse tryouts tomorrow. Anyways I got out of bed and got ready. Scott and I walked down to the kitchen and saw that mom was teaching aunt Melissa how to make her famous blue food. They started with blue pancakes. "Oh wow aunt sally! I never knew you made blue food. Is it a Poseidon thing or..." Scott wondered. "Haha! No dear, my ex husband, Gabe Ugliano, was always telling me that blue food didn't exist so I decided to try making some. Then it just became a habit that Percy and I grew to love." Mom explained, giving me a smile. "Wait you said 'ex husband'. You had another husband before Paul?" Aunt Melissa asked. "Well...yes...um, Percy? You take the reins here." Mom instantly turned to me, expecting me to explain what happened to smelly gabe. "O-Oh! Well. Scott? Remember when I told you that I killed Medusa when I was twelve by chopping her head off?" I asked Scott, hoping to jog his memory. He slowly nodded.

"Well, after I did I sent the head to the gods, I know very clever of me, anyways I ended up getting the head back and gave it to mom, and then one day while I was still at camp, she used the head on gabe. The thing is...when you chop off Medusa's head, it still works, it can still turn people to stone...so mum kinda sorta turned her gross,awfully Terrible husband to stone and sold him as a sculpture and got a lot of dough and ended up using that money to help us get a fresh start." I quickly blurt out. Scott and aunt Melissa are just staring at us both. "Wait wait hold on! So you technically, KILLED, your Terrible ex husband?!" Aunt Melissa said connecting the dots. Mom slowly nods, an awkward smile on her face. "I don't know whether to be proud or give you a lecture." Aunt Melissa continued. "Oh sorry mom, we gotta go! Thanks for the pancakes, we will see you when we get home!" Scott said. I nod and we both grab another delicious blue pancake and rush out the door, hoping onto Scott's bike.

We got to school to see the others already there. "About time you two showed up! Come on, class is about to start soon." Stiles greeted us. We both nod and head to our classes. After classes end the gang splits up for our free period this time. Piper and I find an empty class room so piper can teach me how to use my siren song, while the others go to the library. "Why do you guys wanna hang out at the library when you could listen to my singing?" I said playfully. "Cause it's fun to read seaweed brain, and besides, stiles and the others said that there could be some answers for your siren abilities or something that could help us with lycan." Annabeth replied. I nod understandingly and wave off the others goodbye as piper and I enter the class room.

Piper P.O.V
Percy and I enter the empty class room. From what I've heard, siren songs are meant to be like charmspeaking but wayyyyy more powerful. So naturally, I'm so excited to hear his song, just to see how powerful it is. But I'm also nervous, cause if it's meant to be super powerful then there could be something wrong. But I quickly pushed those thoughts aside, I didn't wanna immediately have second thoughts about Percy's cool power. "Ok Percy! Where did ya wanna start?" I ask enthusiastically. "Well I was thinking that I could try to show you how I put those hunters to sleep." Percy said. "That's a great idea! We could try to put the fish in this classroom to sleep. If your ok with that." I pitched, pointing towards a fish tank in the room. He nodded and from what I could guess, he asked if he could try to put them to sleep. "They said they were ok with it but I promised I would wake them back up again. " he translated. I nod and continue to cover my ears.
