What About Ruby?- Chapter 5

I just glared at him. Really Kevin? Really? Very mature for a 16 going on 17 year old to act. You know I don't feel like getting you off of me. Uhgg. I threw my head back again onto the ground. Kevin laughed and got off of me. I just rolled to my side and laid there. Not really careing to get up yet. Kevins still laughing.

"Uhg. Your so annoying you know that?" I said as I sat up and glared at him playfully. He just kept laughing. I rolled my eyes and started to trot away the opposite direction of the house.

"Hey! What are you doing?"

"Well I can't exactly go home when I don't even know how to get back in my human form now can I?"

"I was going to show you."

"Okay then show me." I said as I turned around and sat down with my tail curled around me. Kevin walked up to me and then changed back into human form. I quickly moved my head away and turned around.

"Umm....Kevin. Where are your clothes?"

"At home."

"Well. Aren't you gonna change?"

"No."

"Kevin!"

"What? You asked me to show you."

"Oh my gosh, Kevin. You could have at least warned me."

"Fine I'll go to the house and grab some clothes for the both of us."

"Thank god we live in the middel of the woods."

"Isn't it nice?" I heard foot steps walk away from me. Once I didn't here them anymore I looked back where Kevin was standing. He wasn't there anymore. I walked over by a tree and sat down, watching the path to our house. A few minutes past and Kevin came back wearing black skinny jeans, a grey T-shirt and grey convers. He walked over to me and set the clothes next to me on the grass. I looked back up at him waiting for him to say something. But he didnt say anything.

He just sat down next to me and started petting me. What the fuck? Why is he petting me? I'd like to get out of this form and take a shower please. Kevin chuckled and moved his hand up to my head and scratched my ear. I didn't even realize it itched so bad. I closed my eyes and started to purr. I sat up and turned to face him and laid down in front of him setting my head on his lap.

He continued to scratch my ear. I closed my eyes turning my head so his hand would go to the place that needs scratched. I kept purring. I laughed to myself in my head. Kevin is so wierd sometimes. He laughed. Probably hearing what I thought.

"You're just so beutiful. I still can't belive that you did it."

"What do you mean?"

"Uncle Daren and I were hoping if you didnt know anything about being a werewolf your wolf wouldn't come out. We hopped you'd be normal to have a real life experince. But once we turned ten I felt your wolf grow. That's when I found out I could read your thoughts and feel our emotions. Thats why I've been acting like your knight in shining armor at school. I felt how miserable you felt and it pissed me off that they'd all make fun of you not because they think your weak phycially but because your wolf hasn't came yet. You also don't stand up for yourself, which I don't understand one bit."

I opened my eyes and looked up at him as I sat up. That makes sense. But there was just one thing thats still fot me confused.

"What about Ruby?" Kevin sighed and strached the back of his neck and laughed nervously to himself. Suddenly there was something very interesting on the ground he kept staring at. Is he blushing? I'm so confused. Whats his problem?

"Ruby..", He began, "Rubys....my.."
