Chapter 9

Kakashi was walking around, trying to find the other genin, when he was attacked by a big fireball.

"Oh, so Sasuke is here," he muttered as he jumped out of the way.

The next moment a bunch of shuriken and kunai tied with some ninja ropes came towards him, which Sasuke skillfully controlled as Kakashi jumped around.

Kakashi, getting bored threw his own shuriken deflecting all the weapons.

However, the next moment the stone next to him went up in a poof of smoke as Sakura came out with a punch aiming for... his balls.

'HOLY SHIT!' thought Kakashi as he quickly jumped out of the way.

"FIRE STYLE: GREAT FIREBALL!" yelled Sasuke as Kakashi turned mid-air to see the big fireball.

The next thing however actually made him sweat.

From somewhere behind the fireball, came Naruto's voice and the next moment a big wind ball was added to the fireball boosting its power.

'Okay... I need to run,' he thought as looked around for something to substitute with.

'RIGHT! The lake, there I'll have some defense against the fire.'

The next moment Kakashi went up in a poof as the fireball landed on the ground.

Sasuke saw that there was no sign of Kakashi and smirked.

'I guess he went there. Naruto was right... is he a Nara's secret love child? Only they have such smartness,' thought Sasuke as Sakura quickly ran towards the lake.

"Yeah, we need to go there," muttered Sasuke as he remembered the final part of the plan.

At the lake, Kakashi landed safely on the ground as Sasuke once again threw some Shuriken which Kakashi deflected with his kunai.

"This is getting a little repetitive, have you got something new?" asked Kakashi as Sasuke smirked.

"Not me, but he's got some serious stuff," Sasuke said as Naruto jumped out of the tree holding a hand sign, as the Shuriken started releasing Kanji on the ground surrounding Kakashi as he jumped up, but not before some of the Kanji crawled up his feet.

The next moment Kakashi felt heavy and tired as he studied the seals.

'These are Gravity seals mixed with Chakra seals... this is genius! This takes care of a Taijutsu user too, unlike regular chakra seals!'

Kakashi however didn't have much time to dwell on it as the next moment the trio attacked him at the same time, Sasuke giving long-range support, Sakura being the main offence and Naruto providing numbers with his shadow clones.

Even with a lot of restraint due to the seals, Kakashi was able to overpower them. In fact, once the 'Real' Naruto slipped up, Kakashi swooped him and grabbed him in a chokehold as Sakura jumped back.

"I know you're the real Naruto, you've been on the rear and defended by a bunch of shadow clones," said Kakashi as Naruto smirked.

"It's called bait," said 'Naruto' as he held up a hand sign, and Kakashi's eyes widened as he saw a bunch of Paper bombs on his back.

"WHAT THE DUCKING DELL!" yelled Kakashi as the bombs exploded sending him backward hitting a tree.

'They've got the teamwork down, they've got extremely smart tactics, they're coordinating really well... they've already passed. But... this is WAY TOO FUN!'

Kakashi landed on his feet as he smirked, though it was hidden by his mask.

"Let's see how long you all last," he said as Naruto made a bunch of clones.
